We were welcomed very kindly in a clean, practical and modern room which had all the things we need.

We liked the way we where greeted by the host; he showed us the room and made sure that we had to go. He even gave some tips on where to eat, according to what we were craving. He was very funny, kind and thoughtful. He responded very quickly to our messages, before our arrival. There was the option to have a late check in. When we forgot something in the room he tried to contract us immediately (20min after we left) in different ways and asked if he should mail it to when it was clear that we couldn't come back for it. This is the first review I ever wrote; the most made that good of an impression on me, tand I would like to thank him for his kindness by writing this.

The motel was located in an industrial area, but was close by the a city, Black Forest, Zürich (where we had appointments) and main roads. There where restaurant and shops located nearby.

Excellent value for money and very friendly staff.

The hotel was exactly what we needed for one night on our bike trip. It is rather nondescript in a commercial area between the twin towns of Waldshut and Tiengen. The managers are extremely friendly and everything was clean. Breakfast was rich. (They ask you to indicate the previous evening if you’ll have breakfast.) We were allowed to take our bikes in the rooms.

Given that it’s a motel, you hear when noisy guests arrive in the night, and probably even smell the cigarettes.

Much better than expected

I was pleasantly surprised. I was a bit scared after reading all reviews here, but my stay was above expectations. My single room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Good internet connection - was able to use zoom. Even though I was few hours early - the room was ready. I was handed an RFID-chip and went straight to the room. Shower looked new and worked perfectly. Free parking on-site. Great value for money for a single room. I'd definitely come back for a short stay.

The bed could be better. No cloth hangars. Location - in the middle of nowhere. Taxi might be an option for those without a car. I wish their cafeteria was open to drink a tea or coffee, but it wasn't possible. At least there was a kettle and tea bags in the room. The price for a double room is too high compared to a single room. 10-20 Euros would be OK, but at current surcharge - simply uncompetitive.

Simple, but good value for money

A simple, but perfectly decent place to stay. At the time of my stay, the place seemed brand new and it was perfectly clean. Just over the border from Switzerland, this place is great value.

There are very few amenities, not even a fridge or a clothes rack. The gravel parking lot is not the best, especially, when wet. There's pretty much nothing in walking distance.

False advertisement led to disappointing of expectations

The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel was not as advertised. In the description, it was said that there was 24 hour check in. That was not the case as I was not able to check in upon arrival. I was left outside in the cold and dark to try to figure out how to check in. I finally found a number to call and was told that someone would meet me in 10 minutes to check in. I had to wait in the parking lot for about 20 min. before I could check in. It was late, cold and dark and I felt unsafe in the area that the hotel is in. There was also no breakfast available as advertised.

Worst hotel ever!! Needs to be removed from your site. Was a disgrace!!

Automated chec in so no staff. Keypads to the rooms were faulty. Misinformation! No restaurant or bar. No breakfast available. Dubious nighttime visitors! Rooms were unclean. Other guests were complaining of similar experiences. I know it was booked out of desperation, but…….

One of these budget places with no staff. I had problems getting in. WiFi did not work as no password available. Poor location on industrial estate.

Super einfach, super nettes Personal, würde dort immer wieder übernachten

Kein Frühstück aber Kaffe oder Cappuccino war im Pavillon kostenlos zu bekommen! Auf dem Zimmer ist ein Kühlschrank 2Flaschen Wasser Tee etc. Frühstück muss bei mir nicht sein Cool wäre wenn es morgen Croissant geben würde! Ein Cappuccino mit Croissant ist perfekt für den Start in den Tag

Kurze Übernachtung ? Genau hier zum richtigen Preis

Die Lage ist in einem Industriegebiet - jedoch für eine kurze Geschäftsübernachtung (also rein, Fernseher an, schlafen, raus) völlig geeignet. Im Preis - Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt, sauber und adäquat ausgestattet. Die Begrüßung und Einweisung in die Zimmer ist sehr nett.

Vor den Türen (es handelt sich um ein Motel) ist leider ein Holz-Terrassenboden verlegt - über welchen die Gäste dann ihren Rollenkoffer ziehen. Entsprechend hört sich das dann an.

Super freundliches Personal. Sauberes, und neu eingerichtetes Zimmer. Die Lage ist für Motorradtouren GENIAL! Man hat keine 2 Minuten zur Hochschwarzwaldstrasse .....

Bis auf die Parrksituation (Wir konnten die Motorräder nicht in Sichtweite abstellen) gab es nichts zu bemängeln!

Ich war mit meinem Zwillingsbruder da. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Gefrühstückt haben wir mit Freunden in Waldshut. Vielleicht frühstücken wir beim nächsten mal. Super fanden wir die Flasche Wasser und das Begrüßungsbier. Parkplatz war auch vorhanden.

Eine ideale Option für Reisende in die Schweiz. Im Vergleich zu den absoluten Wahnsinnspreisen in der Schweiz wirkt dieses Angebot unglaublich attraktiv. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel. Für Flugzeugliebhaber gibt es eine besondere Romantik: Sie können die Flugzeuge bewundern, die am Flughafen Zürich ankommen. Ach! Wunderbar!

Praktisch wäre es, wenn der Brauseschlauch abnehmbar wäre und nicht ständig Wasser von oben käme. Es sollten keine weiteren Verbesserungen vorgenommen werden, da dies zwangsläufig zu einer Preiserhöhung führen wird

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - gute Unterbringung - gutes Frühstück

Das Personal war unfassbar freundlich. Zur Ankunft 5 Minuten vor Ende der Eincheckzeit wurden wir so freundlich empfangen und es wurde gleich eine Einladung auf ein Bier ausgesprochen! Die Ausstattung war ohne großen Schnickschnack…

Im Frühstücksraum war es bissle frisch/kalt. Einfach ein zweites Oberteil oder eine kleine Decke mitnehmen und dann istˋs perfekt.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Begrüssung. Man hat hier wirklich das Gefühl willkommen und als Gast geschätzt zu sein. Konnte mich nach über 10-stündiger Autofahrt ausgiebig erholen. Sehr ruhig im Zimmer, habe von den übrigen Gästen nichts gehört.

Unmittelbar vor den Zimmerzugängen bzw. jeweiligen Zimmerfenstern wäre eine ausreichende Nichtraucherzone wünschenswert.

Sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Aufenthalt, gerne wieder

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super und das Personal war so hilfsbereit und nett. Das hat unser bei der Ankunft und bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr gefreut. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und die Zimmer haben alles was man Brauch
