About this villa rental
Villa Blanca is a modern villa located in the exclusive residential bay of Cala Santa Cristina, in Blanes, in the heart of the Costa Brava. The property stands out for its contemporary design and its spectacular sea views, visible from all rooms of the house.
LAYOUT
At street level, there is a private garage for one car, with the possibility of additional parking on the quiet street in front of the villa.
GROUND FLOOR:
The main floor features a bright living room with TV and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding doors provide direct access to the outdoor area, where you will find the private infinity pool, surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, a chill-out area with parasol, and a barbecue.
From the terrace, you can enjoy impressive panoramic views, with the charming Santa Cristina chapel nestled among the pine trees, creating a truly unique setting.
This floor also includes a double bedroom (double bed) with direct access to the pool area, as well as a full bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR:
The upper floor accommodates 3 double bedrooms:
- Master bedroom with double bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Double bedroom with double bed.
- Double bedroom with two single beds.
- Third full bathroom with bathtub.

The beautiful beaches of Cala Santa Cristina and Cala Treumal are just a 10-minute walk away (15 minutes on the way back).

The house has many positives but I felt that it is a little worn down and the design of it could be improved. We felt that the back area and the pool area could easily be connected with a stayrway on the side of the house. The location and the service from Coastalvillas would give the review a five star review but we felt that it was a little worn down and there was a musty smell in the master bedroom. There had obviousely been some water leak there and not been fixed well enough. It is also a minus that the air condition is connected in all the house so each room was not able to have their own heat/cold.

I suggest to add more single beds instead of doble beds in all rooms but the main one.
