Villa completely renovated this year.
Ideally located, Barcelona, 60 km (Museo Picasso, etc) architectures (Mir, Calatrava, Foster .. etc)., Gaudí (Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, La Pedrera, etc.). Barca, amusement parks, the Ramblas, Paseo Maritimo (Barceloneta) animals at the zoo, Girona 37 km, the airport 35 km from Girona. Barcelona Airport 75 km, Dali museum 80 km. For buyers: the markets in Tordera (every 7 km on Sunday) Activities for the Lloret de Mar (3 km) Family: world of water (Water Park), karting, tennis, golf (3 golf courses), cruises , car and motorbike rentals, horse riding, Marine Land (aquatic zoo, 10 km), casino, nightclubs, pubs, etc.

Nice location for a choice of beaches. Close to shops and hospital . Tiles outside very slippery. Lighting not working. Barbeque unuseable,dirty,no tools and on the first floor. Broken chairs and table on balcony, and not enough for 11 people. Indoor sofas very dirty. Bedding clean and good.No cleaning products. Kitchen small for 11 people. Ground floor / basement should be an outdoor kitchen..Crockery and cutlery mixed and some cracked . The price is low, but basics and safety need to be addressed. It needs a good overhaul to be comfortable. Lacks comfort. Advert shows a newer version.
