Pierre & Vacances Blanes Playa

Great apartment with a sea view, good equipment especially in a kitchen area, working AC, clean sheets, comfortable mattress.

The bathroom could be maintained better, especially the shower because we spotted a bit of mold on the shower head. This could be replaced or cleaned more often. Also, I didn't like the fact the reception is located in a different localization than the apartment itself so you had to go there for a check in.

Location and spectacular views.

The sofa needs replaced.

View is amazing! Really magical when you wake up to the sunrise and this view. Location is great, 5 minute walk to the central bus station. Easy trip from Barcelona.

Deposit of 200€ isn’t mentioned on booking! Dishes were dirty when we came. We were there 6 nights, and not once did the staff came and give us new towels or anything else. The elevator didn’t work majority of our stay, and when you are on the 6th floor, it’s not easy to climb with all the stuff from the beach.

Location was nice in from of the beach. The living room of the apartment was well equipped, just missed a washing machine.

The reception is 450m away from the apartment, which makes it extremely uncomfortable to do the check in with all the suitcases. The apartments are very old and staff in the hotel is very very short and ineffective. They forgot to put a cot in my room (which I had paid for months in advance), and they made me take a taxi (and PAY FOR IT) to carry it from one building to another because they claimed to be short of staff. They also told me I should have reminded them I had ordered (and paid ??!!?) for a cot so it would be ready. Ridiculous! THe main bedroom did not have any spot lights or lamps so once it got dark, it was pitch black
