About this villa rental
Villa Bella Vista is nestled in the beautiful residential bay of Cala Santa Cristina, offering breathtaking sea views and just moments away from two of the most pristine sandy beaches on the Costa Brava. The secluded beaches are easily accessible either by a 15-minute walk or a short 3-minute drive.
This tastefully decorated villa combines comfort with the charm of its surroundings, providing all the amenities for a carefree and enjoyable stay. As the villa's name suggests, the views from the terraces, most of the bedrooms, and the pool area are absolutely spectacular!
VILLA LAYOUT
On street level you'll find a private garage offering secure parking for your car. Additional free parking is available on the street in front of the villa.
GROUND FLOOR
Just one flight of stairs up, you'll be greeted by the spacious open plan living area, which includes a fully equipped kitchen with brand new kitchen island, a large separate dining table, and a cozy second sitting area with a Smart TV.
Separate toilet with shower.
From the living room and kitchen, step outside to the terrace, where you'll find an exterior table under the pergola, BBQ and chill-out corner.
FIRST FLOOR:
One the first floor you'll find the four bedrooms:
- Master bedroom (double bed) with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a balcony with stunning sea views.
- Second double bedroom (double bed) and access to the balcony.
- Third double bedroom (two single beds).
- The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, with two sets of bunk beds.
- A separate bathroom with a bathtub on this floor as well.
COMFORT
All bedrooms have built-in closets and are equipped with air conditioning. The villa is also fitted with central heating for the winter months.
The kitchen and the 3 bathrooms have been completely renovated in 2026.
POOL AREA
One level up, you’ll find a private pool (7x4 meters) surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol. This area enjoys sunshine all day long, offering the perfect spot to relax while enjoying the panoramic Mediterranean views.
BEACHES & ATTRACTIONS
The stunning beaches of Cala Treumal and Cala Santa Cristina are just a short walk (15 minutes) or drive (3 minutes) away. Both beaches offer a range of water activities, sunbeds, showers, lifeguards, and the charming "Cala Treumal" restaurant for a seaside dining experience. Other must-see beaches nearby include Cala Sant Francesc, Cala Sa Boadella, and Cala Canyelles.
The town center of Blanes is a mere 5-minute drive away, where you’ll find a marina, a lively promenade, and a wide selection of shops and restaurants. The villa also includes a welcome booklet with our personal recommendations to help you discover the best local hotspots!

- Unfortunately we do not accept groups of youngsters in this villa, the minimum age for guests is 28. Families with children are more than welcome!

Très belle villa, spacieuse et dans un état très propre. L’e quartier est idéal et sécurisé.
Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas sur le même palier.
Ajouter des ustensiles pour le barbecue.

It’s a lovely villa , amazing views.
Coastal villas are a fabulous company so helpful.
The beds are super comfy , good Wi-fi , very comfy all round.
Swimming pool area isn’t so nice, lots of stones and weeds around the pool. The pool itself is nice but super freezing even in early September. The garden furniture is very tired now. You do have a great view though as long as you don’t mind walking up a second set of stairs. However if you want the fab views from the villa then the stairs are part of the deal. The views are outstanding and so lovely from every room that is front facing. Loved it!
