Accommodating up to 12 guests, it features 6 beautifully decorated bedrooms and incredible outdoor spaces that blend sun and shade. Highlights include a poolside porch with a large barbecue for al fresco dining, sun loungers around the pool, a Balinese-style seating area, and outdoor dining tables. The villa boasts panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding landscape, with awe-inspiring sunrises and clear skies filled with thousands of stars at night.

The house is spread over two floors to provide comfortable living for everyone:
Ground Floor: Two double bedrooms with direct garden access and one triple room with three single beds.
Upper Floor: One double bedroom with a private terrace, one bedroom with a bunk bed for two, and one individual bedroom.
Additionally, the villa offers a spacious kitchen with direct garden access and a cozy living room, perfect for spending quality time together. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning. The property has three full bathrooms, one conveniently located next to the pool, as well as an additional guest toilet for your convenience.
The Garden & Pool:
The outdoor area is a true oasis tailored for comfort and leisure. It includes cozy outdoor seating, a large barbecue area in front of the pool, hammocks, and outdoor tables for meals next to the pool or in the garden. The pool is spacious, with a shallow section specially designed for the safe enjoyment of children or for adults who wish to relax.
We include bed linens, towels, and taxes in the price, ensuring that your only concern is to relax and enjoy your stay.

A little bit of paradise we will remember all our lives. We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely, spacious villa with its fabulous pool. It was my husband & I with our 3 adult sons & their girlfriends. Car is essential as it really is in the middle of nowhere (which suited us as it was a family get together). We visited the fabulous Tossa del Mar & Llafranc rather than battle parking in a rather loud Lloret in August. Little niggles - The lounge & one double room had no air-con so was very hot. You have to go through the lovely upper double for the 2 connecting rooms(so only good for kids). There were no coals for the bbq we planned on the first night - and a few starter ones would have been appreciated. Not enough mugs for us all to have tea at once - and a blind on the main bathroom would be good - but these are little things compared to the beauty of the villa. We ate out a lot - but the oven is too small (3 sittings to cook pizza). In the 3 bed room there is nowhere to put clothes except a bookcase and no mirror. Big upset - but not the hosts fault was the villa next door partied all through the night and the noise was dreadful for the upstairs room - however it was super peaceful during the day. Host came quickly to sort a small plumbing issue & was sorry about noise- but could not help. We all loved the holiday & would return to this fabulous villa.

We absolutely loved this villa last year, so we decided to return. The villa is exactly as described. We would recommend it without hesitation. Plenty of room for two families (12 people) and Laura and Nico are always available to answer questions and help. We love the BBQ area in front of the pool. I can’t recommend this place enough and will certainly be returning.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub.
Nur sollte der Text des Inserats überarbeitet werden. Das Haus wird ganz bestimmt nicht zum ersten Mal vermietet, sondern ist teilweise sehr verwohnt.
Auch sollte man wissen, dass es sich beim großen Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss um ein Durchgangszimmer handelt. Sowohl zu den weiteren Schlafzimmern, dem Bad, als auch zum Erdgeschoss. An Privatsphäre ist also nicht zu denken und stellte uns mit insgesamt 11 Personen vor Herausforderungen..
Das Bad oben ist sehr klein und die Dusche für große Personen kaum geeignet. Es gibt ‚nur‘ einen Duschvorhang.
Es gibt nur in einigen Schlafzimmern eine Klimaanlage.
Die Terrassensteine kommen teilweise hoch bzw fehlen, so dass es Stolperfallen gibt.
Das Haus ist wahnsinnig hellhörig, das sollte man wissen.
Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig oben auf dem Berg. Die Zufahrtsstraßen sehr ungepflegt.
Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung und dem Hausmeister vor Ort war absolut top und sie waren sehr hilfsbereit.
