This brand new luxury villa is located in the mountain hills of "Roca Grossa", near to the famous beach resort Lloret de Mar (Spain). This freestanding luxury villa has a breathtaking panoramic view over the coastline of the Costa Brava and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea with ists numerous idyllic little bays and beaches and green forests. This luxurious and functional villa with its light and modern atmosphere is situated on a dead end in a very quiet urbanisation, there is a enough space to park your car. The distance to the beach is just 2000 meters. The entrance to the villa is just 4 steps below the street level. On this floor you find a very big living room with seating and dining area, an open fire and satellite flat TV for your use. The living room is joined to a big terrace with ist magnificent view over the green hills and the Mediterranean. An impressive kitchen with all modern facilities is also located on this floor. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom. The villa has 4 bedrooms for 2 persons each, one bedroom ist with a sofabed. All the bedrooms have a fantastic view over the sea and the surroundings. You have to your disposal a designed garden. On the big terrace around the unique private cascade pool there are ample sun beds and parasols, here you can fully enjoy the sun and outdoor life in Spain. This luxury villa is very suitable for several families because of the big personal space. This brand new and luxurious villa guarantee you an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava!
During the wintermonths you have to pay the security deposit of 500,00 Euro.

Our second time visiting Villa Anais, everything was as good if not better than the previous stay. Spectacular views and extremely comfortable for the family group throughout the 7 day stay. Will book again without hesitation!

Stay at Anais - Club Villamar from 19/08/2017 to 01/09/2017.
Accommodation with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. and a private pool.

The only thing that wasn't completely to our wishes (next to this everything was perfect) was that the beds couldn't be seperated from eachother. Some of us prefered to sleep seperated instead of next to eachother. Especially as the villa has no airconditioning this often gets either to warm or uncomfortable. Our party had a lot of fun in the villa and the pool and view is simply amazing. Thank you very much.

Our travelling party consisted of nine friends in mid to end twenties. We choose this villa because of its amazing view and size. When we arrived we were stunned by the sheer beauty of the view. It's actually insane. There's so much in the villa which deserves compliments. The living room has hundreds of books, dvds and games which are fun to play at night. A lot of the games are in German, but that might be because the villa is mostly rented by Germans. Thankfully the dvds also have English language options.
The sun goes down at around 7 pm at which we moved to the barbecue area at the top floor. Here we ate, drank and had amazing conversations while enjoying the view. When we were bored we moved to the poolroom and played billiards. The cooking facilities are fine and the sleeping facilities were okay-ish. There wasn't airconditioning present in the villa. There were 3 fans in the villa while there are 5 bedrooms.
The villa is simply amazing. The inside, really, it's fine. You'll spend most time outside at the pool area any way.
The last thing I would like to mention is that the villa has a lot of stairs and is located on a mountain. If you're wheelchair bound or not able to walk properly. This might not be the villa for you.
