Although no reception, staff are very easy to contact via text/WhatsApp, and clear instructions on how to check in. Room was very comfortable and had everything we need.
Shower in the double room on bottom floor was quite a squeeze, especially for a bigger lady like myself.

Good communication with staff
Staff took our concerns about our original room seriously and were moved to another room at a different location. Room at Innit Bliss was much better.
Problems with key box - had been given the wrong number. Took a while to speak to an actual person rather than an AI person
Property - hall, room tired, floors slopping
Room smelt stale. Bathroom smelt like someone had been smoking in it. Affected the smell of the towels
Bedside light did not work
Light over sink hanging down
Drainage issues in shower
