We had a budget suite which was small but it's what we signed up for. Great place, great staff.

Interlaken is beautiful, and the roads to get there were like driving in a postcard

I did'nt pay attention to the fact that it had no elevator, and SHARED bathroom!!! It was more of a youth hostel than a hotel, but the price was of a four stars!

Tremendous value for money and easy enough location to access the attractions

Breakfast was great, staff were all great and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The facilities are fairly simple and on the older side but for what we paid it was a great value. Easy walk to Interlaken West train station or East by bus (very easy) for the trains to Grindelwald etc. Would be nice to have a smart tv in the room. Again the hotel itself is a bit dated the staff really make up for it and work hard to give you a great stay. For us they helped in the pre-booking process when Booking.com dropped the ball and messed up our reservation, let us drop our bags early on check in day, brought them to the room for us, helped with opening wine bottles we bought outside, let us bring snacks and enjoy in the lobby, provided afternoon coffee/snacks complementary which is great, and overall they are helpful at every turn. Thanks again to the team can’t say enough - owners please give the team some acknowledgment if you haven’t already.

Convenient location and friendly service, but rooms are small and noisy.

The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere with warm, helpful staff. Breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient, just a short walk from the train station.

The rooms were small with shared bathrooms, and the walls were thin, so noise from neighboring rooms carried easily, making it difficult to rest.

Excellent staff. Breakfast fab. Nice lobby area to sit down with and coffee in the afternoon. Rooms/ shared facilities kept clean. Fabulous building with lots of charm.

Budget room upstairs, can get really warm. Mattress and pillow uncomfortable. Very noisy especially next to the shared toilet.

Comfortable stay with great staff

John was a great host. All staff were great. Loved the breakfast and the afternoon tea on offer. Great view. We had the budget room, so was small but functional. Very clean. Good location.

Need a bigger fan and some hooks on the walls.

The Story is in the Name

The Hotel Beausite lives up to its name and then some. The view is worth every penny. The windows from my room looked out onto the Eiger, the Mönch, and the Jungfrau. At night, the shining moon illuminated the peaks. The breakfast is fantastic with a variety of meats and cheeses and müeslis and eggs and breads and drinks. Plus every day from I believe 14.00 or 16.00 to 18.00, the hotel offers free coffee and cake. John and Hebah are absolutely wonderful staff.

We overall enjoyed our stay.

The location and being in the center of Interlaken which means being just walking distance to important locations such as train stations and shops. The buffet breakfast was also perfect.

I think being an old house it's a given that some of the floor areas squeak. Also, the double bed can't be merged into one as there is not enough space.

オーナーがとても親切で理解があって、安心感と温かみがありました！毎回部屋が綺麗に掃除されていてベッドも綺麗で心地よかったです！お部屋のお水が飲めるのも良かったですし、実は卓球ができたり、無料で望遠鏡が覗けたり、アフターヌーンティーがあったり、朝食が素敵だったりといいことづくしでした！

強いて言えば、トイレが各階にないところ。でも意外と大丈夫でした！

很别致的一家酒店，可以看到雪山。房间很干净整洁，我定的经济房型虽然是共用卫生间，但是很干净。员工很友好，为我们寄存行李、提供药品。酒店还有免费下午茶可以吃，早餐也不错。位置也很好，不在最喧闹的地方，步行到火车站只要几分钟，门口就是巴士站，非常方便。有电梯和空调，总的来说性价比不错。

Nice hotel

Хотела е много хубав.Разположен на пешеходно разстояние от Interlaken West. Външната фазада изглежда като от алпийска приказка.Персонала беше любезен и услужлив.Позволиха ни да си оставим багажа.Закуската беше превъзходна и много вкусна.

There was no refrigerator in the room. It was too hot in the room. The fan provided was not sufficient to cool the room when it was over 30 degrees outside.

Świetna obsługa, śniadanie i wygodne łóżko. Plus za czarjnik i herbatę w pokoju.

Wiedziałem że w nazwie hotel ma Budget, ale za tę cenę w Szwajcarii naprawdę nocowałem w lepszych warunkach - wspólna łazienka i toaleta na różnych piętrach. Wiem że z konstrukcja budynku czy pokoi nie wiele da się zrobić ale cena nie przystawała do warunków w innych obiektach.

全体的にはすてきな宿だけれども、音や水回りには注意が必要かと思います

・朝ごはんが美味しい・スタッフの方が親切・部屋からユングフラウが見れる

・木造なので、横の人の部屋やトイレに行く音などが聞こえる・部屋に冷蔵庫がない・施設の設備の割に高すぎる・ドライヤーが1分ほどできれてしまうので、持参した方がいい

El desayuno delicioso, Imi y John y en general todo el personal fueron increíbles en atención, las instalaciones impecables. Me encanto!

Zu hoher Preis für diese Leistung.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, vor allen die zwei älteren Herren. Auch das Frühstück war sehr fein. Auch der Kuchen am Nachmittag fand ich aufmerksam.

Das Zimmer war sehr ringhörig, ich konnte jedes Wort des Nachbarzimmers hören. Die Fensterläden konnte ich nicht schliessen, weil die Metallbügel aus der Mauer herausfielen. Matratzen waren sehr hart. Das Gemeinschaftsklo auf dem Stock, das ich mit 7 anderen Zimmern teilen musste, war nie sauber. Die Handtücher dort wurden während drei Tagen auch nicht gewechselt. Die Dusche zwei Stockwerke tiefer waren hingegen sehr sauber. Irritiert hat mich auch, dass ich mitten in der Schweiz ständig mit Englisch angesprochen wurde. Allgemein wäre das Hotel sehr schön, ist aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Rapport qualité /prix médiocre . Le logement est très mal insonorisé. On vit avec son voisin au rythme des entrées et sorties de leur chambre. Réveil à 06h du matin ! De plus , La fenêtre donne sur un toit avec les moteurs des climatiseurs , impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre.
