Месторасположение, легко найти, легко заселиться (четкие, заблаговременные инструкции), было все необходимое (посуда), чтобы приготовить еду. Получили позволение на более поздний выезд, что для нас было очень удобно.

Стоянка находится на некотором расстоянии от жилья, но она входила в стоимость, и мы были готовы, что придется сначала высадиться с вещами, потом отогнать машину, по такой же схеме выселение. Самостоятельный вывоз мусора (платный) был для нас неожиданностью, но мы справились.
