Huge comfortable apartment with small garden.
Major attitudes are:
- small garden partially roofed by balcony above so possible to use even during rainy time.
- private safe and spacious parking place assigned to apartment, accessible shortly though garden gate
- peaceful location not far from lake and towns, hidden from the road by another house. It not noisy there
- lake or nearest supermarket is just 5 minutes walk (there is safe pedestrian sidewalk along the road)

Easy to drive in and get the keys from the key-box. We received very detailed instruction in the message.
Good light at all rooms with several spots.
Kitchen is enough equipped for 4 persons with basic stuff.
Separate bedroom with comfortable bed, night lamp and large wardrobe

Available spare keys to open parking gate/barriers in emergency case of remote failure that could happen unexpectedly.
You could rely that your car will not be locked on the parking without support when you have to leave early weekend morning. That's first time I've come across such a facility, which should be a standard for all electronics' controlled devices.
We found some issues with the equipment when we arrived. We have good contact with the Host despite it was late weekend evening. She supported us with new one delivered early next morning.
For a full-week stay we missed cleaning tools like duster brush or any kitchen cloth. To keep clean floor we used the heavy vacuum-cleaner we found in a cubby. But no simpler equipment,
There was a dish soap and dishwasher tablets but no dish sponge and no dish-dryer and any place to place wet dishes when cleaned. There is a dishwasher machine - but if there are 4 cups, we do not run the machine almost empty and wash dishes manually
In the wardrobe there were spare duvets. We moved them to other shelf to make space for our clothes. That duvets need refreshment, were not fresh and the odor-smell was terrible.
We do not noticed WiFi password. We found the pass on the router hidden behind TV.
Advice for Owner: prepare a one page with collected basic information like: WiFi pass, spare keys usage, rubbish sorting rules, electricity disconnection system, heating system)
I was asked upfront to fill in an on-line check-in detailed questionnaire on some Italian web site. I understand purpose, but the www site works poorly on smartphone and requested data seems to be too much detailed. It took me 30 minutes.
