Exceptional

Everything was so easy, great correspondence with the host, appartment was lovely, location to the water was fantastic, looked down into a lovely little side street. To have the washing machine was AMAZING, I read in the reviews it didn't work having a shared machine I personally didn't find it a problem atall. Car parking is a 3 min walk from apartment but you can still pull up close to unload. The security of the gated underground car park and the shade made the 3 min walk irrelevant. We have a LWB Ford Transit and there was plenty of head room so don't be put off if you have a van and are worried about the parking.

Fantastic holiday, we'll be back soon!

The flat is very spacious, very clean and well equipped. Excellent sound proofing and air conditioning. Bike storage and car park a plus. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the old centre, few minutes walk away from the beach, you can check from the window if the wind is ready to go! Plenty of restaurants and shops just around the corner. Davide was a great host, he received us and showed us the flat, and was always available throughout our stay for advice on what to do and where to go. Very handy!

Great place to stay

The apartment is very well located. It is directly in the city center and we had a very nice time there. It’s clean and well equipped. The check in was easy and at our last day we could even leave our luggage at the apartment a little longer - thanks a lot again! We would love the come back and really enjoyed our stay!

The location. In 5 Minutes walking you can reach everything.

The apartment was on the third floor without lift and this was not comfortable having a baby to carry up and down. I didn’t see this detail in the description.

Enttäuschend

Lage

Wir haben 5 Nächte im Apartment verbracht. Leider war der Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend und nicht dem Preisniveau entsprechend. • Sauberkeit: Bei der Ankunft war das Apartment nicht ordentlich gereinigt. In der Toilette gab es Verfärbungen, die Klobürste war in einem unhygienischen Zustand und unter dem Badezimmerschrank lagen Haare. Auch Oberflächen und Geschirr waren nicht sauber. Der Backofen war stark verschmutzt. In den Küchenschränken standen angebrochene Lebensmittel (u. a. Nudeln, mehrfach Salz), was weder hygienisch noch einladend wirkt. Zudem waren die Mülltüten nicht in den Mülleimern eingesetzt, sondern nur lose daran gehängt. • Ausstattung: Einige Dinge waren defekt oder lieblos umgesetzt. Im Bad war eine alte Halterung nicht entfernt worden, die neue blockierte die Tür. Möbel und Bilder sind schief und unordentlich angebracht. Außerdem fiel die Türklinke von außen ab, wenn man die Tür abschloss – ein klarer Mangel. • Waschmaschine: Besonders ärgerlich war die defekte Waschmaschine. Sie hat meine Kleidung durchnässt und verschmutzt zurückgelassen, anstatt zu waschen. Der Vorgang lief die ganze Nacht weiter, sodass ich kaum schlafen konnte. Zwar wurde die Waschmaschine später repariert, aber die Kommunikation dazu war sehr unbefriedigend: Ich habe morgens um 7 Uhr Kontakt aufgenommen, bekam jedoch keine klare Aussage, ob und wann etwas passiert. Stattdessen wurde ich immer wieder vertröstet, bis ich mir schließlich selbst eine Lösung suchen musste. Als man mir schließlich mitteilte, dass die Reparatur abgeschlossen sei, half mir das nicht mehr, da ich meine Wäsche längst anderweitig geregelt hatte. • Parkplatz: Der zugehörige Parkplatz liegt 8–10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, was im Alltag sehr unpraktisch war. • Service: Es wurde nur eine kleine Menge Toilettenpapier bereitgestellt, den Rest sollte man selbst kaufen.

Super Lage, schönes Apartment, gute Kommunikation! Der Abstellraum für Fahrrad- und Surf Sachen war auch toll.

Unser einziges Problem war, dass wir von den Fotos auf booking.com geschlossen haben, dass wir die Wohnung, die auf den Fotos gezeigt wird, bekommen. Es gibt aber auch kleinere mit nur einem Schlafzimmer. In der Beschreibung wird dies auch angegeben, aber das haben wir überlesen.
