Der Gastgeber Matteo ist unglaublich bemüht, hilfsbereit und reagiert sofort auf Nachrichten. Als wir Probleme mit der Hitze und der Küchenausstattung gemeldet haben, hat er uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit ein mobiles Klimagerät, zwei Ventilatoren und zusätzliche Teelöffel besorgt. Dieser Service war wirklich gut!
Die Unterkunft selbst hat leider erhebliche Mängel. Es gibt standardmäßig keine Klimaanlage, und da die Fenster nur kleine Dachluken sind, stand die Luft bei gefühlt 40 Grad im Innenraum komplett. Das Bett war unbequem und die Möbel (Schränke, Schubladen) wirken sehr abgewohnt und im Bad floss das Duschwasser kaum ab. Zudem ist das Haus extrem hellhörig.
