Great place to be, but don't have expectations about the pool

beautiful place, nice building. Breakfast was good and on a beautiful spot Good service, beautiful place close to Verona but in a peaceful area

The swimming pool was under construction for a long time, dirty and towels of the day before were still there. No attention from the staff for this spot although the view and location of the pool is great. Sad to see that the pool was playing the 5 th violin

Mr. Alberto Delser is a wonderful host. We arrived after dark, during a heavy thunderstorm, our host helped us with the luggage. Our room was on the second floor and had a lovely view of the western edges of Verona and the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. The breakfast buffet was delicious with fresh baked goods, fresh fruit, juices, and of course cheeses and sliced meats.

Amazing experience.

“First of all, the hotel design was outstanding — every detail was thoughtfully considered. All the furniture was classic Italian design, creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent as well, with perfectly cooked eggs.”

“One small suggestion would be to have a kettle with coffee and tea in the room, which would make the stay even more comfortable.”

The summing pool was still under construction and badly maintained. Green water and a lot of sand on the floor and stair So a bit more attention would be nice

One of the nices locatuions in Italy. Best for relaxing after intense day. Brekfast is high quality, and in place that make You fell like in Paradise. Soon there will be also a pool with fantastic view fro city and near hills. Owner is Best Guy ever, very kind and helpful. Dont think, book, pictures doest give what You get on place!!!!!

Everything. You can't stay anywhere better than in Roberto's villa. He is a very kind man and an amazing host. The villa is stunning

What I didn't like was BOOKING.COM and GOOGLE MAPS FAULT your directions are wrong. As a single woman on her own in a car was guided by your directions up a vertical old track road it was so steep my car rolled back and I managed to stop just before me, my car and my little dog went over a cliff. The road that you should direct clients to is on the other side. Roberto has been contacting both of you for 3 years yet you still do nothing. Booking.com if you sell a product you are responsible for the correct directions to assist people and let me tell you the experience has made me sick and has damaged my car and I'm in Italy on my own which is very scary I could of been killed are you going to let someone get hurt before you do the right thing. It's simple apply the correct directions.

a beautiful escape

upon arrival we were stunned by the beautiful views. The property itself is magnificent both on the outside and inside. The rooms are really nice and comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and it’s just a short drive to fantastic restaurants nearby. Will definitely return if we come back to Verona.

Alberto is here day and night

Beautiful hotel with beautiful garden and views! Its calming and peaceful. Host is talkative and different than anyone I ever saw in a hotel. He knows wine and food and likes to give guest a glass of two. If you are hungry just tell him and he will order probably the best from around. We wanted pizza and he ordered us a perfect pizza napolitana for just 7€!!

Unique architecture of the building, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Definitely not a typical hotel but we enjoyed it very much! The owner and staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Also if you have a dog, it’s a great place to bring your fury friend.
