Everything. So good we stayed an extra night which was available, Perfect, peaceful, blissful location overlooking the sea,, beautiful sunsets and the sea before you. Mountains and rainbows behind you, Jan & Mick are very friendly and welcoming hosts, Barmouth town centre a 5 minute drive away is Beautiful with stunning restaurants and a friendly welcoming atmosphere, the beach is just a few minutes downhill walk, the horses, the sheep and Gloria the resident chicken was a lovely addition to such a wonderful stay. We will be back.

We loved the views and the animals on the property. There were horses able to walk right up to our back fence, just feet from the back door. Internet wifi was very strong and water pressure was strong in the showers. Very satisfied

Shower and bedroom was clean and confortable. Veiws were stunning.
Steepness of hill up to the property. Property was not the cleanest, cobwebs and dust down the side of furniture and beams on ceilings. Window latches falling apart so struggled to have windows open. When the sun was out in the afternoon the living room would get very hot and not having a fan on hand it was unbearable, we could not have patio doors open due to us taking our dog and as requested she had to be put on a lead outside the property at all times and she had to be put in a cage if me and the wife went out.
