Geschirr und Besteck war etwas dürftig, mit allem zusammen hätte man den Geschirrspüler nicht voll bekommen

gestresstes Personal, nur 2 Handtücher pro Woche, Handtücher können für 10€ (!) getauscht werden, verzogene Schränke, zusätzliche Müllbeutel und Toilettenpapier gegen Aufpreis

Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Der Epmfang war sehr nett und zuvorkommend
Kalte Wohnung (trotz Heizung auf voll gestellt nach 1,5 Tagen nicht über 20 Grad erreicht) Schimmel an den Fenstern, Umquartierung war gut, dort alles neu und warm, aber keine Aussicht und keine voll ausgestattete Küche, was ich eigentlich gebucht hatte, kein Geld zurück obwohl andere Kategorie, bei 3 Tagen Aufenthalt ein Umzug hat etwas an den Nerven gezehrt.
