Superb
The apartment is very well located, almost on the city center and with direct access to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets nearby. Views are amazing . The kitchen is well fitted with all needed kitchen ware. The decoration is comfortable and practical. The apartment was well clean.
Information concerning Trash disposal could be improved. I don´t find so fair the daily tax for a Pet, since I didn't receive any extra for it. It would have being nice to have at least a pet feeding tray or some dedicated accessories.

Great beach holiday
The apartment has sea view and is located on the promenade. We loved going to the beach first thing in the morning.
The apartment was smaller than expected. It is advertised as 48 sq m but this measure must include the balcony. It is only one room with a small kitchenette. The sofa bed was hard and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this as a sleeping place for an adult person. The sofa was not cleaned when we arrived and we had to peal breadcrumbs from it and the carpet. The apartment is East facing and got a lot of sunshine in the morning. It was very hot and we could not cool down the room. A hotel is opposite the apartment block and you can look into their rooms and vice versa. There was a funny side to it as we started conversations from balcony to balcony. This limited our sleeping experience. The apartment house has a reception desk, however, this apartment is not serviced by this company. This was confusing and not helpful. One has to pick up and drop off keys from somewhere else. The car park was also away from the apartment house.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage, nur die total vereisten Wege hat das Urlaubsvergnügen geschmälert.
Sehr gute Lage, Kofferwagen im Hausflur, eigener Parkplatz ( wenn auch in ca 150 Meter Entfernung) Sehr gute Abwicklung der Buchung mit Information des Geldeinganges und daß das Zimmer schon früher als erwartet Einzugsbereit war.
Teilweise waren die Zugänge zum Gebäude und auch zum Parkplatz total vereist, was allerdings auch direkt vor vielen Geschäften nicht nur in Binz, sondern auf der gesamten Insel der Fall war. Viele Leute sind lieber direkt auf der Straße gegangen, denn die war frei.

Top Urlaub alles war sehr schön!
Die Lage! Alles in der Nähr Ristorante, Café, Eisdiele, Bühne am Kurhaus, Strand, Strandbar, Edeka um die Ecke, u.v.m. großer und weiter Strand alles sauber dort! Wir hatten mobile Campingstühle dabei und saßen stundenlang am Strand! Tolle Appartment Ausstattung und alles wie neu und modern! Strandblick, Küche voll ausgestattet für autarken Urlaub! Alles sehr sauber! Da es in Binz überall ein absolutes Parkverbot gibt, so ist der Parkplatz ca 200 Meter weiter aber dort sicher und kostenfrei. Direkt am Strand ist ein Parkplatz auch schlecht umsetzbar! Dafür muss man Verständnis haben! Und das hat uns nicht gestört, weil jeder Gang macht schlank und man braucht dort auch kein Auto es sei denn man macht auf der Insel Ausflüge! Rujana hat einen Betreuungsservice, den man gerne nutzen kann! Die verwalten sehr viele Wohnungen dort! Die haben einen Hausmeisterdienst, der sich schnell um alles kümmert! Super Service! Großer Balkon mit Möbeln und Schirm! Ruhiger Ort! Es gibt viele Veranstaltungen dort! Und viel zu entdecken. Und die öffentlichen WCs sind sauber und mit der Kurkarte kostenfrei! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten, Das Wetter lässt sich ja nicht beeinflussen, allerdings ideal zum Wandern

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, da auch das Wetter mitgespielt hat.
Die Bettwäsche war furchtbar. Ein paar Spannbetttücher hätten sehr geholfen...
