Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt.

Die Angaben für die Wohnungsanschrift und den Außenparkplatz waren falsch bzw. unzureichend. Wohnung: Strandpromenade 29 - Richtig wäre: Margaretenstr. 20 Parkplatz: Villa Felicitas (war in 5 m Höhe angebracht) Richtig wäre: Wylichstraße 15. Im kleinen Bad fehlten Ablageflächen.

Extrem gute Lage quasi unmittelbar an der Seepromenade; modern eingerichtetes Appartement, vollständige Küchenausstattung. Wir hatten tatsächlich Meerblick.

Hochfloriger Teppich im Appartement - geht eigentlich gar nicht. Ist schon problematisch, wenn man nur vom nassen Balkon reinkommt. Anlage wirkt insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Parkplatz in einiger Entfernung (3 Gehminuten) - nicht schlimm, aber erwähnenswert.

The villa is located almost on the beachfront, right next to the pier. Within a 3-minute walk, there is a supermarket, restaurants, snack bars, and cafés. The room was very spacious and included a kitchen equipped with everything necessary. The refrigerator even had a freezer, which is not very common. Although the room was quite cold, the heating worked perfectly, and it was possible to turn it on and adjust the temperature.

The biggest downside for me was the inability to have breakfast at the hotel because dogs were not allowed in the dining area, which was quite strange considering that the hotel itself is dog-friendly. However, I am not lowering my rating, as it was possible to prepare breakfast ourselves or have breakfast at nearby cafés for the same price. I would also like to mention that although Room 17 is located on the second floor and the elevator goes up to that level, you still need to go down half a flight of stairs afterward. This can be a significant inconvenience if you are traveling with large suitcases or have mobility issues. There was also no microwave, which was not a problem for us at all, but I am mentioning it for informational purposes.

Eine sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war hervorragend. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Aus-Checken, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Team by Rujana ☺️👍 komme gerne wieder 👍

Nichts auszusetzen. Schön wäre noch ein Strandkorb auf dem Balkon.
