At our Bellevue Apartment House, you’ll enjoy a front-row vacation, because here the Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep.
Whether you’re looking for a fine sandy beach, exclusive restaurants, a lively shopping spree, or a trip into the countryside, our building’s location makes it the ideal starting point—leaving nothing to be desired.
Apartment 6
1st floor, approx. 50 m², 1 living room, 1 bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette,
bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony with a side view of the sea.#
The parking lot for this apartment is not located directly at the building but is about a 10-minute walk away.
In total, our building has 16 apartments.
In these vacation apartments, ranging from 45 to 90 m², we offer our guests high-quality living rooms and bedrooms, as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower.
In addition, each apartment features a well-equipped kitchen.
We’d be happy to deliver fresh rolls from a local bakery right to your door in the morning, so that nothing is missing from your breakfast.
Our house is located directly on the beach promenade in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Binz.
Binz is one of the most exclusive and popular destinations on Germany’s largest island.
In addition to daily trips to the beach, there are many other excursion options around Binz that will make your vacation unforgettable.
The train station for the “Rasender Roland,” an old steam locomotive that allows you to explore the island’s beautiful landscape, is located right in town. In addition, the famous Granitz Hunting Lodge is located not far from the town, nestled amid centuries-old beech forests.
The island also offers a variety of attractions for families.
In the next town, Prora, you’ll find several museums as well as the treetop walk, which offers a magnificent view of much of the island.
During the summer months, you also have the opportunity to visit the annual sand sculpture exhibition.
Even on the rare occasion of bad weather, the island has plenty to offer. How about, for example, a trip to Karls Erlebnisdorf, which is just a few minutes’ drive from Binz?
