In our charming “Vacation Apartment 2,” with its tasteful furnishings, wood floors (in some areas), and practical floor plan, you’ll find a very welcoming atmosphere.

You can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere right from breakfast at the beautiful dining table with a view of the outdoors! It’s the perfect time to plan your day—whether it’s a bike ride through the picturesque countryside, a leisurely stroll through town, or a day at the white sandy beach.

The living room’s sofa area invites you to relax—whether you’re watching movies, listening to music, or simply enjoying each other’s company. Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing the web on your smartphone.

For convenient self-catering during your vacation on Rügen, the vacation rental features a well-equipped kitchen—including a ceramic cooktop and oven. Or you can treat yourself to a culinary experience out and about: In the idyllic Baltic Sea resort of Binz, you’ll find many restaurants serving delicious Baltic Sea cuisine!

Two separate bedrooms offer pleasant places to retreat. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (200 x 180 cm), while the other features a staggered bunk bed (one bed measuring 170 cm x 90 cm and one bed measuring 190 cm x 90 cm). Access is via the first bedroom.

A shared garden with seating and lounging areas surrounds the house. From the garden, a private path leads directly to the Binz beach promenade, putting you just minutes away from the gorgeous beach!

Please note that pets are allowed only upon request (for an additional fee/pet surcharge).

The apartment includes a free parking space. Please note that the complex’s parking spaces are only suitable for standard passenger cars.

“Villa Drei Rosen” was once the summer home of architect and senior postal engineer Otto Spalding, who also designed the Binz Kurhaus, among other buildings. In honor of his four daughters, three symbolic roses (plus a bud) still adorn the gable of the house today.
First mentioned in a document in 1318 as the fishing village of Byntze, Binz is the largest seaside resort on the island of Rügen and is situated on one of the island’s most enchanting bays, the Prorer Wiek. Flanked by the expansive forest areas of the Schmale Heide and the Granitz—home to the picturesque hunting lodge—the town nestles against the reed-lined shore of Lake Schmachter to the west, while facing the Baltic Sea to the east. Its sheltered location, wide, fine-sand beach, rock-free seabed, and gentle surf make Binz a popular beach paradise.

The beach promenade, with its unique seaside architecture, and the Baltic Sea beach are directly accessible through the property’s garden. The garden itself also offers numerous seating areas where you can relax.
