The location was great! Staff at the restaurant were friendly. Room was clean.
The noise level in the room at times was loud from the people in the hotel.

From check in to check out the staff were profesional and accomodating.

The one thing I do have to say the location of this hotel is perfect. Right across from the zocalo Central to everything, restaurants located right under the restaurant.
The staff was not very friendly in arrival, nor at check out. The hotel is very old which is part of the charm however, hotel room had roaches we had to move rooms in order to feel comfortable.
