Great location , hosts and facilities.

Location was fantastic. Views from the balcony overlooked the water. We watched several cruise ships come and go. Within walking distance of the sea front , bus stop and local shop. Hosts were very helpful and explained the area to us thoroughly.

Fabulous - great location, stunning views, easy access to transport to see the sights of Dubrovnik

Fabulous location with stunning view. We often stay in or near the old towns in Europe but in Dubrovnik it’s ridiculously busy and expensive. This place was perfect - easy to catch the bus to the old towns, fabulous views, handy to swimming spots. We loved it - one of our favourite stays on our 2 month trip.

Amazing location! Beach is just 10mins away and super easy to get to the little town and then Ubers for old town are so cheap too! The host was so so lovely - I rolled my ankle and she was so kind and helpful, she also took our washing in when it started raining so it wouldn’t get wet! Absolute angel ♥️

It was a lovely location with amazing views from the verandah. The room was exceptionally clean and had a fridge and stove. The hosts were very obliging and responded promptly to messages and extended our checkout time due to a late bus. We felt very safe and comfortable there.

Only thing was it was a bit of a walk to the buses, but there was a handy supermarket about 2 mins walk away.

Lovely spot

Excellent location to enjoy both beaches and the historic old town. Within walking distance of several beaches and a bus trip away from the old town centre. Note that (at time of writing) the local public transport routes don’t appear on Google Maps, but they do exist! To get to the old town from here, it’s a 10-15 min walk to a bus stop, bus (Route 6) comes every 10 mins on weekdays (starting at 05:30 and ending at 00:30) and every 20 mins on weekends, trip lasts 10-15 mins. Very helpful host too.

Lovely holiday home in nice quiet area

It was a super clean holiday home, loved it! We felt like home. AC was excellent! The staff was very friendly, and very responsive. You can go to the sea very easily, which was lovely on these hot days.

Kitchenette equipment were somewhat limited: some kind of coffee maker, toaster and spatula would have been nice.

We liked the location, neighborhood is quiet and safe. 5 minutes walk to the dock with stairs. closest beach (family beach) is 15 minutes walk and copacabana beach is only 20 minutes walk. bus station was 15 minutes walk. loft was perfect for 4 people and clean and cosy. there was welcome gift from host in the fridge. Host was very helpful and recommended us tours and restourants. Also 1 time changed our bed linings and towels during our 1 week stay.

only view from windows is the sky, also it was very hot weather and only 1 air conditioner could not handle it well. Also there was a little problem with shower drainer. nothing that could ruin the experience.

The location is amazing - overlooking the water, a few minutes walk to 3 different beaches and a grocery store. The hosts were tremendous by having cold juice in the fridge when we arrived, answering my numerous questions, and even organizing a car to take us to the airport.

The only thing was the wifi was weak.

No outside view, feel enclosed in a box, very small, the terrace is without view. Down town is far, the beach is not there. We had a great stay bcse Dubrovnik is great. But I wouldn’t choose this place again

Wonderful studio apartment!

The location is wonderful, right on the docks, near the best beach, a short bus ride from the Old Town! The apartment is great, you can cook your food and the host was very kind and grace us all the information we needed.. The best part? A great value for the price!!

A little bit to much light in the morning, bit that helps you too get up and not oversleep in such a wonderful, amazing location.

Highly recommend Apartment Villa Sirena.

The location is fantastic, just a few steps down to the water's edge and you can set off on a gorgeous walking trail hugging the coastline. The views from apartment no.1 are amazing both day and night. Dragica was very helpful and the Pemo supermarket nearby was very useful.

Local restaurants are a bit limited in choice and too expensive for the standard but Dubrovnik is pricey.

The host Dragica speaks very good English and nothing is too much trouble. On arrival she had prepared a welcome pack and is very knowledgeable about things to do and visit. The apartment is a good size with all the basics to get you by for your stay. The balcony has a lovely sea view of Gruz port. Supermarket is a short walk away. Restaurants and beaches nearby.

Incredible host, beautiful location. Stunning views. We loved it all. A short walk to incredible swimming, boat watching and walking tracks. Quiet little area for great sleep. Very nice studio, well equipped, with beautiful view on the bridge and port. Dragica was very friendly host, always helpful. The kitchen and bathroom is small but sufficient. The beach is nearby, just few minutes walk.

The only thing was you heard your neighbours coming in or going out from the apartment next to the studio.

For start we arrived late because our flight got delayed and accidently mistaken the entrance with the neighbours entrance, when the owner thought we aren't her guests she didn't help much In addition the place wasn't so clean there was ants in our room, and it was smelly In the info the owner said that there is a parking spot but when we arrived she updated us that "there is parking in the Street" needless to say there wasn't and we walked a lot with our luggages The place is quite far from the main attractions but that we knew as we looked at it Before in the map

Lovely host and lovely area

Great location and lovely room - everything you could need all in one. Multiple beaches - some 2 mins away, some 10 mins away, easy access to the bus and Old Town, lots of restaurants. Our host was very welcoming and kind - and gave us everything we needed and lots of useful advice about the area! The beds were super comfortable and the area was quiet so could get a good nights sleep.

Amazing!

The host was very welcoming. She took the time to explain to us everything that was around us: 2 minutes of walk to a little grocery store, four minutes to a little bakery. She explains to us with a map where to go to walk around the peninsula and gave us tips about what to expect. The apartment is in a very calm neighborhood. It's near a bus stop that goes to the Old town of Dubrovnik (about 15 minutes by bus to get there). We recommend this apartment if you don't necessarily want to go to the Old town every day. For us it was the perfect location for what we wanted. We booked the apartment with the balcony: amazing view on the port. Just beautiful and perfect to have a quiet dinner. There is a little kitchen with all you need. We stayed for four days and it was perfect. The Wifi connection was good and the apartment was very clean. When it was time to leave, we had some trouble with our Uber and the host stayed with us the whole time, ready to call us a taxi.
