A memorable stay.

The 2 bedroom apartment is very close to Dubrovnik old town. Easily walkable in about 10-15 mins . The balcony is beautiful, with views across the bay to the old town. Eating out on the balcony was bliss and the sunsets were stunning. Maja was very helpful throughout our stay and even allowed a late checkout and we were able to leave our luggage there until 5pm. The rooms are simple but clean. The price for our stay was very reasonable.

The apartment is very characterful , clean and well equipped. There are a lot of stairs to enter , so bear in mind if this a problem for you.Friendly and helpful host. Parking facilities right outside the property, but a €20 charge per day. Walking distance to Dubrovnik old town.

Traditional, Spotless Apartment with Sea View and a Lovely Host

We stayed in late Sept and booked the 2 BR with a large patio with a partial sea view. 2 adults (queen bed), 2 teens (twin beds). Location is perfect - on a small street against the sea. The house is a beautiful old villa btoken into several different apartments. It's a traditional house with traditional furniture. The seaview from the patio was lovely in the morning as we had coffee. Neighborhood is very quiet. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pans, plates, they even had coffee. Supermarket is 10 min walk and the old town is about 20 mins. The real gem is Kate, who is a wonderful host and will go to any length to answer questions and help. We would happily return!

Isn't a deal breaker, but I would upgrade towels and new comforters.

Great location for Dubrovnik stay.

Fantastic views, lovely little terrace to have breakfast or drinks. Very comfortable bed and spacious bedroom, loads of storage. Great shower and kitchen well enough equipped for breakfast and maybe light cooking. Kate was lovely and very helpful. The orange tree in the garden smelt Devine! Nice beach and bar just 5mins away but 164 steps down to it, but it was worth it.

Nothing not to like! It was a good 20 min walk into the old town but we didn’t mind that.

20 minute flat walk to Old Town’s back gate (Pose Gate)

Many stairs so No to accessibility. I guess that is unavoidable in Dubrovnik. Also located on a road where longer / larger vehicles can not make the turn to go down this road no larger cans. Interior was basic Ikea level furnishings

Excellent location and perfect as a base of activities around Dubrovnik. Great view from patio area

Its location is perfect, within walking distance of the old city. The outside space had an amazing view of the bay, Lokrum island and the old city - great for an evening meal or drink at home. Good storage space and equipment for the kitchen. Host was available and have helpful - spoke good English too.

Not much natural light into the apartment apart from the bedroom. Kitchen and bathroom had windows which made them less pleasant.

Highly recommended. Fair price for an outstanding property!

Perfect location. Only 5 min from a beautiful pebble beach with all amenities (showers, toilettes, , sun beds, umbrellas, bar and restaurant ), one of the most beautiful sea I’ve ever seen. 10-15 min walk from the old town. The view from the apt is breathtaking. The apt is really nice and perfectly clean. The owner is lovely and very caring. Everything was perfect. I was really sad to go back home.

We loved everything about the stay.

We liked the apartament with the amazing table with the view where we could sit and eat and drink all together. Maya is the owner and I must say we travel a lot but she’s the best host we’ve ever had! Nice, always disposed and smiling and willing to help. Really recommended! 🙏🏻

Perfect city break stay

We loved the cosy apartment- it has fantastic sea views and it was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. We were so pleased it came with a parking space too (this was a life saver in Dubrovnik!) and the location was 10/10. You’re only a 20 min walk from the old town and also a 10 min walk from the most beautiful beach with views back into Dubrovnik. Most apartments are crammed in on the main roads by the old town but this location was more private. Also the host was very accommodating and the communication before and during our stay was the best we’ve had from an apartment owner! Thank you :) We’ll 100% stay again.

Very enjoyable base for Dubrovnik.

The view over the water is spectacular, more so because there is continuous activity by the little ferry, a few sailing boats and some (smallish) cruisers. Also the lush garden is very well-maintained. The location within walking distance from several local beaches is ideal, with mainly walkers on the street below. The hosts (Maja and Tony) are very hospitable and welcoming. The unit is very well equipped.

Only a very minor drawback. The open porch (with the views!), being at ground level, is not very private because other guests are passing by frequently.

Great place to stay in Dubrovnik!

The view from the property is amazing. It was also a short walk to a really nice beach! It is walkable to Old town but you can also get an uber or taxi. It was about a 20 minute walk.

Didn’t realize until we got there that we needed to pay for parking. It was reasonably priced though.

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely perfect! The place had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The biggest advantage was the huge terrace with an incredible sea view. The location was ideal: not too far from the lively center, yet peaceful and quiet. There’s also a beautiful beach just a 5-minute walk away, which made it even better. The apartment itself was of a great standard – super clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host was the kindest person we’ve ever met – always checking in to see if we needed anything, very helpful, friendly, and responsive. When we mentioned that the terrace light wasn’t working, it was fixed immediately the same day! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Super host, excellent view to the Adriatic Sea, good amenities and very well maintained property. Kate has been very kind to receive us on arrival and also be present during checkout. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

Just a watch out: Bit of a walking to the old town -20 min. No shops or Restaurants nearby. We were ok as it helped us to unwind & be away from the city Center.

Great apartment in a good location with a fantastic view of dubronick old Town from the balcony. In a quiet area, with just a 15 minute walk to the old town. And a great beach just 5 minutes in the other direction. Great communication with the host, and a warm welcome on arrival.

Great location, easy walk into centre of Dubrovnik. Great views from the property. Host was very welcoming and friendly. Met us with the offer of a drink, much appreciated. Parking available on site at extra cost, which was ok. Very quiet area with shops a 10-minute walk away.

A lovely two bedroom apartment with private terrace. Great location - only 5 minutes walk to beach and really pleasant 20 minutes walk into old town. The owners and their family couldn’t do enough for us, ensuring that we had a great stay.

Beautiful property with a great host and great views.

Beautiful spacious home with amazing view of Dubrovnik. Host was very welcoming and ensured we had a great stay.

Our accommodation was at the very top of the property and there are quite a few steps to the very top, also the old city is about a 20min walk along a very narrow street. This is just the nature of the neighbourhood, properties are straight up a cliff one side and beach is straight down a cliff the other. Taxi's are also an option for about 100k and the host has lower units with fewer steps as well.
