Quieter part of town but walkable distance to old town. Beautiful views and lovely host

The hotel was conveniently located within a reasonable walk to city center and beach
1) Nowhere do they mention that to reach the beach there is a staircase of approximately 130 steps. 2) The street to access the property is 2-way but super narrow and hard to navigate because of taxis going to pick up people at the beach 3) The hotel charges 20 euros per day for the car to be paid in cash and when we booked it said there was parking but only separately and in small writing did it say there was the 20 euro/day charge

Kate met us upon arrival. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The location is great. Close to the beach and a 20 minutes walk to Dubrovnik old town. The view of Dubrovnik is superb.

20 minute flat walk to Old Town’s back gate (Pose Gate)
Many stairs so No to accessibility. I guess that is unavoidable in Dubrovnik. Also located on a road where longer / larger vehicles can not make the turn to go down this road no larger cans. Interior was basic Ikea level furnishings
