There was a kitchenette and a terrace with beautiful views looking at Dubrovnik old town. Supermarket was about a 10 min walk away. Air con was a must and it worked perfectly. Nice shower. And our host was very friendly and helpful-she organised an airport transfer for us which was much appreciated.
The only point is that in the heat of summer the walk to and from old town was a bit of a pain. It only takes 20 mins but in the heat of the day or night after a long day sightseeing it can be arduous.

20 minute flat walk to Old Town’s back gate (Pose Gate)
Many stairs so No to accessibility. I guess that is unavoidable in Dubrovnik. Also located on a road where longer / larger vehicles can not make the turn to go down this road no larger cans. Interior was basic Ikea level furnishings
