The view was excellent beautiful. My favourite part was the balcony . The stairs was a bit overwhelming but getting this view only possible with a bit of climbing . At the end I did not mind at all this mandatory cardio with this beautiful landscape. My favourite beach was St Jakov not the Banje beach. Altough both are beautiful. St Jakov felt more relaxing. It required to take more stairs, but it kept me fit and then swim in the Adriatic sea made me forget the pain :D The hosts are lovely, kind people, and I hope I will meet them again in the future.

Nothing at all. It was superb.

We accidentally booked two properties and realized it immediately. Within 30 minutes of booking, we contacted SeaView to see if they would refund us since it was an innocent mistake and we caught it right away. They would not refund any portion of our nonrefundable room. So we then decided to just keep both properties we had reserved (since we were being charged for both). We never utilized the apartment at Seaview for two reasons: the distance of this property is FAR from Old Town Dubrovnik where it's all at; the communication with Seaview was subpar. We had received computer generated email about our check in process. I had sent an email response to that AND directly to property owner letting them know we were not checking in until possibly a day later (than what reservation had been made for). I received a text on night of original checkin asking when would we be there (even though I had notified I would NOT be there that evening). So I repeated my message to them again and at that time, I was told the only time to check in the following day was between 10-11am ... and then never heard a word back from them. This was fine with us because we were well situated in our other reserved property by then and had decided we were not going to move 20 minutes out of town for Seaview ... however, Seaview did not know this and therefore their communication with us should have been much more consistent. Just even me getting this review to fill out, knowing we never checked in to the property, should tell you there's a disconnect in communication with Seaview management and its customers.
