Sipa Apartments

Spectacular views from the wraparound balcony/terrace! The hosts were very kind and welcoming, waiting outside for us to arrive and show us where to park. Located only 15 minutes walk from the old town gates…an uphill walk after a Dalmatian dinner was good for us.

I want to preface this with if we were to return to Dubrovnik, I would reserve Sipa Apartments again. That being said, future visitors need to be aware that the furnishings are very dated. It’s not a modern apartment. There is air conditioning in the living/dining room, and one portable unit for one bedroom. The other bedroom only has a fan. The bathroom has a tub with a European hand shower, which can be difficult for those with mobility problems to enter and exit.

The view to the old town from the balcony is great Good value for money Very nice owners We were able to do a late checkout

Bathroom does not have a ventilation system and there is sometime unpleasant smells. The kitchen could do with more tools and basic ingredients like oil, vinegar and pepper.

Lovely spacious family run apartment located 10-15min walk outside the old town with incredible views over the sea and old town itself! Perfectly located for both the old town and the beaches nearby, good value for money

We had to re-clean some of the crockery because one or two items had food residue, but this could have been down to the previous guests

The owners were super nice and helpful. The apartments weee in a great location with a beautiful view from the balcony. The apartments living space was big enough to have the whole family relax together.

The apartments overall were a little dated but when you are there to see the city, I am more interested in the location and overall value.
