A great example of Sri Lankan hospitality and comfort. The rooms were huge and well appointed. The restaurant food was delicious and the service over dinner exceptional. The 100m pool was amazing, and you could order drinks and refreshments to your sun lounger. We didn't try the spa - but I am sure it was an equally high standard.

The pool was amazing. The food was superb. The service was very good. The ambience is very relaxing and quiet. The room was large and comfortable with a marvellous view of the garden and lagoon.
The jacuzzi did not work on both days in spite of reporting the problem on Day 1. We could not get a spa appointment.

The service at the restaurant and the food were excellent. If you're looking for something quiet, then this is excellent.
The gym is run-down, the rooms are dated, and the pool and other facilities are old. For the cost, this isn't worth it. If you're looking for modern, this isn't the place to go. You're also a good 20 minutes away from anything.
