Café da manhã e lanche a tarde muito bom, pessoal bem atencioso.
Estava tendo uma reforma no andar que estavamos, então o problema maior foi o pó da construção, mas não tivemos problemas com barulho quando estavamos lá.

A senhora da cozinha é super simpática e atenciosa e o senhor que fica na recepção durante o dia é super bem humorado, disponível e gosta de ajudar.
As roupas de cama poderiam estar mais limpas. Algumas constavam manchas. No primeiro dia tivemos problema com água. Foi necessário ligar a bomba para encher a caixa d’água do andar de cima. Notei preocupação e movimento para resolver o problema. Que foi resolvido. Então, sei que essas coisas acontecem e não vejo nada prejudicial. Mas fica dica de verificar sempre se a caixa d’água está com volume suficiente para recepção de novos hóspedes. Evitando problemas.

The breakfast and the 4 pm coffee were exceptional with a lot of good quality items.
My room gave onto the breakfast area which made it feel not very private. The windows literally give onto the restaurant. My shower was cold and I had to try two other rooms to have a hot shower.
