Excellent location.

Excellent location and friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

The toilet was broken during our stay and was not properly repaired. This meant that it didn’t work properly at all while we stayed.

The property is very close to the beach and one of the best restaurants there - La Luna

The location is very noisy, also, there are constructions going on around. It’s not possible to sleep without an air conditioning, because of the humidity and weather, but they are very old and extremely loud, so we tried to simply have windows open, however, then you need to be OK with mosquitoes. The mini fridge in the room had fungus. The breakfast were less than basic: ham, cheese, bread, sweet snack plus coffee / water / juice, which would be fine, but the quality of the products was poor. The reception opens at 8 am so if you have an emergency at night or in the early morning, there is no one to help you. There are multiple WiFi connections but they are all very slow and breaking, forget about video streaming / calling, simple browsing only. We tried to work a bit from the property, but the noise and the poor internet connection didn’t allow for it.

A lovely location facing the water

Peaceful location facing the water, excellent breakfast. The pousada is lovely, and the photographs do not do it justice - it is better in person in my opinion. Having breakfast on the balcony looking out at the water was the best way to start the day.

There was a smell in our room - we isolated it to the bathroom. It wasn't a pleasant smell. I think they could probably get rid of it if they used vinegar to clean the bathroom and maybe the drains too.

The location was close to the beach, but the rooms left some things to be desired :-(

The breakfast was surprisingly extensive to me considering to the rest of the facilities - they had various rolls, cakes, fruit, meats, and yogurts in addition to juices, coffee and tea. The staff was very nice.

The facility was clean, but very sparce and not so well maintained (a broken window pain, toilets that didn't flush well, faucets that weren't secured). I would not return if given the option between this location and another site.

Me decepcionei pois parecia ser muito bom mas ao chegar no local, não era nem de perto o esperado.

Da localização, da recepção principalmente a Munique muito simpática, prestativa, deu todas as informações para passeios e restaurantes. Pedi pra arrumar meu chuveiro que estava muito quente qdo voltei estava em ordem.

O cafe da manhã muito fraco, sem opções A garagem , sistema muito ruim principalmente quando chegamos a noite. É tão difícil enxergar os números do cofre onde está a chave que comecei a deixar na rua. Nao tem perigo, podem deixar.

Incomoda e angustiada com a falta de zeladoria.

A localização é boa.

Tinha muitas formigas no banheiro, a limpeza do banheiro é ruim, os rejuntes sujos, falta um investimento e supervisão quanto ao serviço de limpeza, os móveis são bem antigos. Outro quarto vizinho foi invadido por baratas voadoras, foi gritaria só (entendo o medo da hóspede), funcionários colocaram veneno em spray e tentaram solucionar. Eu quase não durmo pensando que as baratas poderiam infestar o meu quarto também. Sugiro um investimento em dedetização do local. O local precisa de inspeção sanitária. Tomara que as baratas e formigas não estejam na cozinha também.

O funcionário que estava na recepção não sabia absolutamente nada. Não ajudando com o lugar onde era o estacionamento. Segundo ele era folguista, o carro acabou dormindo na rua em frente a pousada. No café da manhã duas mulheres ficaram de “vigia” olhando as coisas que pegávamos para comer e ouvi mais pessoas relatando o incômodo.

Tudo otimo!

Pesquisei as avaliações e vi que tinham algumas bem ruins, então fui sem muita expectativa, mas quando cheguei, fui recepcionado pelo Romulo (muito gente boa) e ao abrir o quarto, estava muito bem limpo e cheiroso. Tinha muito pernilongo devido a região de mata, mas compramos rayd e colocamos nas tomadas, o que resolvem 100%. O café da manhão estava fantastico, os itens fresquinhos e sempre repostos. O estacionamento fica na rua ao lado, mas deixamos o carro na calçada da pousada e não tivemos problema. A praia de frente não é propria pra banho, mas a pousada é bem localizada para visitar outras prais e voltar.

Talves bebidas nos frigo bar facilitaria, mas seria um plus, nada que desabone a pousada
