The room was outstanding clean. The breakfast was good and very tasty. The pineapple cake was divine. The cleaning staff was absolutely superb, thoughtful and polite.

The night receptionist was not wearing a mask and didn't seem to be very friendly; I also have messaged the pousada, requesting a more separate table for breakfast due to health issues and the message was ignored. The pool had more than 6 people at a time, completely disrespectful to the COVID-19 safety measures. The cutlery for breakfast was all together to be picked, getting exposed. The wi-fi on the second building was unstable and weak.

Bom custo

Custo benefício pois estava em 4 adultos e 1 crianças, poucas pousadas têm quarto para 5 pessoas, assim o custo de 1 único quarto é menor.

Quarto apertado e pouco espaço para acomodar malas. Janela direto para estacionamento, sem opção de cortina ou algo que facilite ventilar sem tanta exposição, espelho do quarto quebrado. Pousada grande, então estacionamento e café da manhã bem cheio.

Gostei do tamanho do quarto, é grande. Ar condicionado e wi-fi estavam funcionando bem. Café da manhã bom e área da piscina confortável. Tinha secador no banheiro, que é muito útil em viagem.

Não gostei do chuveiro, pouca pressão de água e não consegui dosar a temperatura, tomei banho frio todos os dias. A cama de casal é pequena, tamanho comum.

A pousada fica num bairro calmo, silencioso e seguro. Os funcionários sao muito educados e solícitos, inclusive tivemos um pequeno problema no dia que chegamos e a recepcionista Patrícia foi incrivel em nos ajudar. O quarto e as áreas comuns sao bem cuidados e limpos. Cafe da manhã simples mas bem feito .

Devido ao desenho da pousada, alguns quartos ficam com a janela para um pequeno corredor em que entra muito pouca luz. Alguns quartos possuem ar condicionado antigo que faz um barulho considerável.

As portas poderiam ser lubrificadas, fazem muito barulho ao abrir/fechar. Tanto o ar condicionado como o ventilador são muito barulhentos, mas nada que prejudique a estadia, é de cada pessoa.

Tem uma igreja ao lado, eu fiquei em um quarto que dava muro com muro e o barulho entra todo no quarto, café da manhã também é bem simples, acho que poderiam variar as opções durante os dias. A pousada é um pouco distante do centro histórico cerca de 10 minutos de carro.

Funcionárias bem solícitas e simpáticas, sempre dispostas a ajudar. O quarto é bem equipado, ventilador de teto, ar condicionado, tem varais para estender roupas molhadas, secador no banheiro. Tem também piscina e sinuca para lazer. A pousada em si é bem bonita e boa, apesar de ficar uns 20 minutos andando, para o centro.

O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, é bem simples e repetitivo. O suco poderia ser pelo menos de “caixa” ou natural, parece suco tang, não consegui beber.
