Villa Uma Girasole

The property was amazing, huge bedrooms with aircon and massive pool, with good all day shade if wanted but also sun. Perfect location, team offered to clean villa daily and were able to organise activities + massages to the villa. Very quick to respond. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were exceptional. We had to book this accomodation last minute when we arrived at the Bali airport. By the time we arrived Arista and team were waiting for us to check in. It was a very smooth process. The villa is huge with amazing pool which had sun and shade all day. It was an old school villa but has everything you need.

There were gaps between the doors and outside so bugs could get in however they provided bug spray and bug repellent that plug into the wall.

It was okay Villa was huge, good location and a short walk to canggu. If you ask the staff will provide scooters and makes it even more easy to get around. The pool in 1 villa was the perfect spot for lounging around. The other villa not, only shadow. Staff was friendly and helpfull, not so capable of cleaning.

There was a lot of construction going on in the villa surrounds, felt like they had just finished this one while the others around were still going up. There was a lot of construction noise and in 2weeks time there was less progress, so it looks like building for at least 1 year. Also the construction workers continously look into your house, which is not pleasant for my wife and daugthers wearing a bikini at the pool. The living room and kitchen are very hot and needed 2 fans to make okay, unfortunatley no airco. Also there are a lot of crevices in the Windows, so vermin can easily acces the house and cold air leaves the room quick. The house has damages, such as broken handles on kitchen drawers, several sliding doors not operating properly or have large crevices and other damages. the bathrooms were stunk like moth balls and have high humidity, a moisture fungus smel / and shows leakage.! They looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in a long time! this is also for the whole house, the cleaning is an easy swift. There are 3 villas so there one we had wasn’t from the pictures advertised, we complained and after discussion we could have the villa. The first villa was really horible. The whole house is quite old, a bit dusty and low quality forniture. The price 150eur per night is overrated, I think 100eur per night is a better price. Wifi doesn’t work upstairs
