We first stayed at this property a good few years ago. It is safe, clean and homely. Excellent breakfast freshly cooked to order. Cliff and his family are really nice people. Cliff is good with recommendations of where to eat and drink in Southport. Very knowledgeable about different places. This is really helpful as saves time walking around looking for places to eat. We will be booking again for the August weekend. A lot of customers return like us. We don’t live far but nice having a meal and drinks and staying over. Cliff makes time to have a chat with you and makes you feel welcome. Thank you

Comfortable room. Parking. Location good, with short walk to North end restaurants - convenient for short drive to Cricket ground . Great breakfast. Excellent, friendly host

There was a very friendly welcome from Cliff and he made my stay enjoyable and was very helpful. It was quite reasonably priced too and free parking on the front. The breakfast was excellent too, I will definitely be staying again.
