The property has everything. It’s a hidden gem, hence it is down a long dirt road….. which is still better than most English tarmac roads. You can find ostriches walking close by and if you venture out a little further on foot into the lodges own reserve; you can find zebras and giraffes. The actual lodge accommodation is second to none. As are the gardens, pools and relaxation areas. (Including restaurant and bar). It’s all set on the banks of the Blythe River. Beautiful. Its staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly, the room was spacious with great facilities.
No braai area at lapa. Entrance gate too small for big cars, accidentally scratched the car before going out.

Perfect location. Beautiful house next to the pool. Quiet and very efficient
No clean water to drink or bath. My baby developed a skin rush from the water. I just wish we are informed about the water so that we can buy our own water.

The property is very beautiful, well maintained. You have privacy in your own bungalow.
We have found all staff throughout our travels in Africa very welcoming, except here. It was a very weird experience. They hardly spoke to us. It was a strange feeling, you almost felt as if you were an unwelcome guest…
It is quit a long drive over the gravel road to reach this place. And for the experience we had, it’s not worth the trip.
