Loved everything about the property. Can’t fault the location, it’s clean, its all good.

The staff are really friendly, really nice people but the overall service was so poor. We repeatedly had to wait at least 30 minutes for drinks at the table. On two occasions we waited for 30 minutes for drinks and only 7 people over 3 tables were actually In the restaurant. Waiting 20 mins for a bill was standard. Staff saying they will bring drinks and not bringing them for 20-30 minutes if at all. Also a expectation that everyone will be okay eating outside, in the dark on tables with other people. We didn’t like that at all especially when you arrive at 8.30 and they start packing up around you when dinner isn’t supposed to end until 10. We ended up just eating at the other restaurant and getting our own drinks as soon as we walked in the bar. It’s much quicker and easier than waiting

Only 1 bottle of water per day, need to buy from bar if you need more

The room is very clean, the hotel is well positionned. Staff are professional

The slippers are not offered we pay for it 100 Rand The breakfast is good but not at the level of what we have paid, and most of food is local not international kichen. Everything is not allowed, if you ask for a second duvet or cutlery in the room or something like that it is very complicated. The management should change his way because it is not like the other five stars hotels
