Emporio Cancun - Buy All Inclusive Option

Maria at the beach service was great. Enjoyed the stay overall.

As a vegetarian, I found food a bit limiting. I wish the hotel beefed up security once dark to regulate the beach- sea turtles laying eggs were disturbed by a couple of guests. The hotel could do much more at check in to make it explicit to all guests to stay off the sand once dark and why they should never pick up baby turtles, disturb or turn lights on. In other countries more is done. Only when the police arrived because of an instagram post, did a warning pop up on room tv screens. Much more can be done by hotel management.

We went for all inclusive and thoroughly enjoyed all the food and facilities. Good times

Getting charged for the poster beds on the beach!

I liked the location of the property, all the staff were helpful, accommodating and friendly. The food was great.

I did not like the reservation system for 2 of restaurants. We missed our reservation which I’m sure happens quite often but there was no accommodation to join a waitlist should someone else miss so you can still eat there.

Not much really, basically overprized

Hotel really needs big repairs, many things are simply broken or in bad shape. Beach is full of sargassum, not being cleaned like some of the other big hotels only few hundred meters away. Basically very much overprized
