Location near the coastline and proximity to the city Centre. Infinity swimming pool with the bar was great as well.
The check-in and check-out process is ridiculously long. We had to queue for almost an hour to check in and almost half an hour to check out. The restaurants in the hotel were fully booked and we couldn't get a slot even though we noticed plenty of empty tables. The hotel staff in the pool where we had to pick up our towels from were not friendly at all. Every time I tried to ask them questions they seemed to get irritated. I noticed the same behavior from the staff in the Cafe where they served Starbucks coffee.

We loved the relaxing atmosphere—it was the perfect place to unwind. Upgrading to the ocean view was definitely worth it and made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were great, and we had a wonderful experience! 🌊☀️
Someone walked into our room. Not sure why—maybe the rooms got mixed up during check-in? 😅

Not much really, basically overprized
Hotel really needs big repairs, many things are simply broken or in bad shape. Beach is full of sargassum, not being cleaned like some of the other big hotels only few hundred meters away. Basically very much overprized
