Everything was extraordinary me and my wife are satisfied there is only one thing that we experience is the food not the best not the worst either but for sure they can do better other than that everything is amazing we love it and we recommend it

I loved my stay here. I just stayed for one night as a stop over between brasil and san fran - great decision. Clarissa at the front desk made the check-in a breeze and every staff member I interacted with was a pleasure: kind, friendly, and helpful!
I used the steam room and the gym and the person working there was likewise very kind and helpful.
I liked the two meals I ate at the buffet.
My room was a sea view junior suite and I was very impressed with the marble floors (wow!) in the room and the entire floor.
If you aren't happy staying here then you might just be an unhappy person!
Thanks so much to the staff for making it a great stay I hope to return.
