The receptionist didn't check properly what type of room the customer had booked online. I've encountered this situation twice. We booked a non-smoking room. Then go to the smoking room.

I loved everything. The room was great and clean, the location was very good. i could easily get taxis outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very kind and polite. The room service was also great. I would like to mention a staff member in particular mr purna( dont know the spelling properly), he did a great job . Overall an excellent option in Abu dhabi.

There was distrubing noise at night and the room 605 washroom door was unable to close
