Impossible to Sleep

Room was clean and modern.

I stayed on the 5th floor and was unable to sleep due to the noise coming from the hotel bar, which continued until approximately 3:40 a.m. Hotel management should remember that guests stay at hotels to experience comfort similar to their homes. It was unacceptable to be exposed to this level of noise throughout the night. For this reason, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Hotel that is close to amenities

The hotel is located near a mall, supermarket and various restaurants that are all a walking distance. The front office staff were courteous and professional.

The room was much smaller than expected. The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. It needs to be replaced or removed completely. There was a constant smell of smoke on the corridors noting that were were on a non-smoking floor. Lastly, the breakfast needs to be improved upon and the hotel needs to ensure all items present are fresh.

The valet staff is not active to help you when you check in, there are no parking, and they ask for payment to secure parking in public places.

Good Hotel

Good hotel in the city with comfortable rooms in the downtown area of AbuDhabi. Good for a short stay in the city.

Surprisingly, the toilet did not have a bidet spray which is a standard in this part of the world and was sorely missed.

Centrally located hotel with spacious, clean rooms and great facilities.

The location was very central and the room and en-suite bathroom had high ceilings and were quite big!

I only stayed for one night and didn't get a chance to see the pool, gym or the breakfast buffet. Also, because of it's central location, it could be quite noisy for some people due to neighbouring venues but I didn't mind it much.

Ramada Abudabhi downtown hotel is at a very convinient location situated very close to central bus station and downtown markets. We can ride to any attraction in a taxi from the hotel. The staff were very courteous and we have good vegetarian breakfast options served too. Highly recommended for all

The room was great 😊 affordable, quiet nn peaceful. Really liked that it had a smart TV, so I could easily watch Netflix and relax after a long day. Overall a comfortable and relaxing stay!

The front desk didnt give a warm welcome felt like being greeted by a robot. Lil smile, no engagement, just going through the motions. No matter how many stars a hotel has, the least they could do is make guests feel acknowledged. During our stay, there was no proper telephone etiquette they always sounded rushed and never asked if we needed anything else…. The shower water was also way too hot, with no way to adjust it properly. Upon check out, no one asked how our stay was. We just waited them to check for the mini bar and that’s it. Overall, it felt like they didnt really care if we were there or not, sorry

This is a comfortable and convenient accommodation for anyone enjoying a short trip in Abu Dhabi.

Ramada Downtown is well-located, which allows for convenient travel across the heart of the city and to neighboring islands. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

Some other hotel rooms I've stayed at have very modern looking bathrooms. Comparatively, this bathroom had a much older look to it.

The smell in rooms and few furniture is very old or broken or not match today's style, mattress is also not so comfortable ..may be bcz I like bit hard bed and yes on the borders the mattress is bulky so that's why it feels that old mattresses has been there

Not friendly stuff No warm water ( never saw that even in 2 star hotel ) They key cards would stop work minimum twise a day so you had to return to the reseption to change it. The idea to fix the warm water was to send a '' technician '' to the room who would open all the water to run 🤷‍♂️

Value for money, great location, friendly staff, minor issues easy to cope with

The location is quite good, everything is easily reachable from there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable and the restaurant staff was very welcoming and always ready to help. The room was ok, the bed was comfly, a lot of cozy furniture like a nice office chair, a couple of soft chairs, plenty of table space. The roof pool, although not too large, was a nice touch, we enjoyed spending some time up there.

The room was kind of dark and the lighting was confusing. The electric outlets were regionally specific and there were no adapters at the ready (although we were given one immediately upon request). The water in the shower was quite hot no matter what you do, the mixer didn't seem to work properly. The toilet had a hard time flushing anything despite the water flow being sufficient (probably some weird model issues). Also, the bathroom definitely smelled like somebody was smoking a lot there all the time although the room we booked was listed as non-smoking.

Woow such a dirty carpets, it looks they never changed or cleaned properly! Dated furniture, old bathroom also looks from early 80. This hotel deserves 3 stars not more than that..
