The window from the bathroom was simply not cultural and not ethical.

I didn't like the window. which a person can see when he bathes in the bathroom. It's not cultural to insert a window between the bedroom and the bathroom.

Far Below Value for Money, I would Only Stay Here if Absoultely Necessary

The stuff were very helpfull sepcially Ramy in the reception. In general it was clean The location is very good The room is spacious

The hotel facilities are old. Beds are not comfortable at all Lighting in the room is not suffecient The breakfast was horrible, very limited options, and not fresh.

Good location, reasonable price

Most staff were OK. Some staff were really pushy in trying to get me to leave a review using a QR code, and to specifically mention names. I find this approach very unprofessional, as we shouldn't be pushed to write specific names and leave reviews.

1) The housekeeper call (Rahul Kumar) was helpful and kind. 2) The housekeeper staff was good. 3) The hotel location was good.

1) The hotel requests extra cost for a bed. 2) The bathroom have a water leakage. 3) The TV was not working. 4) The special request not answered by the staff and once reach the reception you will be surprised with the answer is (Additional Cost). 5) The hotel didn't have parking.

Special thanks to Ramy the receptionist who allowed us to check more room of non smoking, it’s a great service.

The property is quiet and clean. We request for two towels for big and small with toothbrush and they provide except the additional small.

Comfortable and great value for money, with an ideal location in Downtown Abu Dhabi.

The room was comfortable and the accommodation quite comfortable. The hotel is also very ideally located, making it easier to get around and explore the city.

The reception area made it seem like a hotel apartment - it didn't match up with the quality of the room. I also wish that it had a pool, as that would have made it a perfect stay.
