Absolutely everything! It is the second time I am staying at this property. They have recently gone through a huge renovation and now, it is even better than it was previously, and I didn’t think it could get any better. The property is just outside of Bergamo, has a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and a restaurant on site that does lunch, dinner and breakfasts. The food is incredible and the amount of effort that Clemens and his team does for the guest doesn’t go unnoticed. The attention to detail from the toiletries to the new looking rooms, cleanliness and the food is ten out of ten and fantastic! The toiletries smell so nice. Try the tasting menu! It’s great!

Nothing. There is nothing that isn’t to be liked. I will be back.

It was perfect, wouldn’t change a thing

Luckily Veronica double checked with us via WhatsApp if we wanted to book in the restaurant as it was nearly full. Upon texting I had informed about renting a car - she responded that it would be recommended to have a car as it’s not easy accessible. It would’ve been nice it that would be someone stated when booking. Also on Sunday - the day after our arrival we wanted to have lunch and we couldn’t as the restaurant was fully booked so we had no option then to go and drive out to search for lunch. That wasn’t really nice that there wasn’t a place for their guests.. Upon arrival Saturday I had noticed that our bathroom had no space to hang up our wet towels as the hangers were taken off. Noticeable spiderwebs above the shower. Shower and sink blocked by hair. All was mentioned on Sunday morning before breakfast but wasn’t fixed. I loved the place but we felt like they were more focussed on the restaurant and having as many guests as possible than to look out for their guests that had booked a stay.

Clean and well equipped room, we loved the swimming pool!, very good breakfast, great views, we enjoyed the communal areas.

We had such an odd experience. There was only one staff member most of the time. The hotel in general felt deserted, we felt left on our own, we had to ask for everything instead of being offered (eg breakfast - without asking the night before, we wouldn't even be given the form to fill in). Reading other reviews it feels as if we stayed in a different place to everyone else :( When it comes to lacks in facitilies - it's easy to bring that to staff's attention during the stay. But how do you tell the only person that seemed to be working there that you feel unwelcomed? Minor point - room completely lacked ventilation. We didn't manage to bring its temperature down, and even with balcony doors opened, there was no a breeze of fresh air (despite not being too hot outside, the room was very warm).
