    It's located on Khao San Road, so even the quiet rooms ( which you can request ) are vibrating at 3am. That being said, it's great for being in the middle of everything as everything is at your doorstep. Just bring earplugs if youre a light sleeper and you'll be OK. Hotel has a roof pool and bar area to relax in.

    Our experience at Dang Derm Hote Bangkok at Khaosan roadl was extremely disappointing and stressful. The hotel refused to return our 500 THB security deposit, claiming there was a stain on the bedsheet. We believe this was completely unfair. We were travelling with our young child, who had a high fever and could not sleep the entire night. Because of this, we checked out only about 20 minutes late. Instead of showing any understanding or compassion, the staff withheld our deposit. What was even more shocking was the staff's behaviour. They laughed at us, asked us to wash the bedsheet ourselves, and even threatened to call the police simply because we questioned why our security deposit was being withheld. This is not how paying guests should be treated. After reading other reviews, we found that several guests have reported similar issues with their security deposits. It raises serious concerns that this may be a recurring practice rather than an isolated incident. I sincerely hope Agoda investigates this hotel. Is this the kind of hotel Agoda wants to recommend to its customers? No guest should be laughed at, threatened with the police, or have their security deposit unfairly withheld. This experience has completely destroyed our trust in this property. I would strongly advise families and other travellers to think twice before booking this hotel.
