    I have been a repeat guest at this hotel—this is already my 5th stay—and I have also recommended it to my friends several times. I really like the hotel because it is new, comfortable, and affordable, which is why I continue to come back. However, I do feel that the housekeeping and room cleaning could be improved. Almost every time I check in, I notice something new that needs attention. There are often hairs left on the floor, side tables, and other areas of the room. On one occasion, there was also quite a lot of hair left in the toilet. It seemed that the housekeeping staff may have thrown the hair into the toilet but forgot to flush afterward. The refrigerator is also consistently not as clean as I would expect, and this is something that could definitely be addressed. I still choose to stay here because of the hotel’s affordability and the fact that it is relatively new, but I hope the management can put more attention into thorough cleaning and housekeeping inspections before guests check in. The hotel has a lot of potential, and improving cleanliness would make the overall experience much better.
