    The location was convenient. A short taxi ride to Eagle St Pier and QPAC. Handy to Queen St Mall. Not a lot of parking with small bays, but some larger bays for SUVs. Staff were welcoming and helpful. While cleanliness could be improved, overall the value for money, comfortable room and facilities made the stay enjoyable

    The queen room for one night was spacious and comfortable, and I couldn’t really fault it. The smaller room was also very nice. The standout feature was definitely the beds—they were incredibly comfortable. Both rooms were very clean and smelt fresh. The staff were great for the most part. There was one occasion where my bag was misplaced during a room transfer, but it was found after a few minutes of searching. Overall, I enjoyed my stay more than I expected and would recommend this accommodation for short stays. The parking is free and open for the odd person to wander in so be mindful & it is a tight squeeze if you have a larger car.

    Looks like change of management. Old TV's in most room, not smart TV's. Always getting told "We're Upgrading ". But in reality their not
