Everything was great. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The food was wonderful. The drinks were great. The facilities were fantastic. We were grateful to have our pet stay. And, to be able to work from the premises. What really made my stay was the bed. Absolutely soft and pillows were also soft. The closeness to the beach was amazing.
The shower walls around the top of the ceiling were uncleaned. There was a patch in the wall that needs repairing.

The shower was above the bath: I was not aware of this when I booked. As I am an older person, that is a safety risk. There was no safety handle above or beside the bath either.

The pool was cold and that was the reason we chose the place, for a in door pool it was cold and my son(7) was looking forward to the stay and was only in the pool for 5 minutes due to how cold it was very disappointing
