My family is my business. Was my second time here and me and my son love this place and the people are so lovely and considerate. Me and my son enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to plan another trip here.

the location was spot on for our needs. The car parking was free, unlike a few other places we had looked at. The studio was immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful. The weather was absolutely awful, and included an earthquake, but the unit was warm and comfortable. We felt perfectly secure when the earthquake shook everything. The large bed was blissfully comfortable

The mt taranaki views were beautiful. Room service was excellent and clean.
The internet streaming app sky sports now was very slow, hence why I had to use my own mobile data to watch the allblacks game live to mirror the screen onto the TV. Other than that there were no other issues.

Conveniently located near parks and town centres
On the second night, no milk was provided. Upon enquiry, I was informed that it is their policy not to provide milk for consecutive stays, and staff advised me to purchase it from a nearby shop. This was the first time I had been faced with such a situation whilst staying at accommodation in New Zealand, and I was quite taken surprise.
With windows only on the entrance side, air circulation was poor, and the room became stiflingly hot in the evening sun.
