    Loved the decor and ambiance of the hotel. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the room cosy and cocooning. Welcoming and homely and also stylish and unique,

    My partner and I booked the executive suite on the 10th of January for Valentines weekend (13-15 February. We enjoyed the central location, however, due to a oversight we were booked at the same time as a wedding venue. We were the only room not apart of the wedding and felt alienated and recieved no service after intially checking in. On Saturday night the kitchen was closed for wedding catering, which threw a wrench in our dinner plans. There was a wedding party/afterparty under our room, with a sound system that shook our entire suite that lasted until 11/12pm at night. We spent a lot of money and booked in advance just to be treated as outsiders and be excluded from services that we paid for. We were offered no condolences.
