    The location is superb, walking distance to the beach and other amenities, 2 minute drive to PakNSAve and New World. Staff are nice and friendly. Having a modern kitchen, a big TV in the room and a pool game in the restaurant makes a real difference. We missed the spa this time, but will definitely come back for another stay and will try their spa next time.

    The location was perfect for walking and shopping, complemented by spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. Parking was convenient, and the facilities were well-maintained, making the overall experience seamless. Staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the value for money. Everything was spotless, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

    Comes with an excellent Retaurant and Bar facility. It’s close to the centre of the city, and Pukekura Park etc.

    Need to work on rooms being ready on or before 2:00pm check in time… not 20 minutes after. Restaurant staff service was excellent and breakfast was delicious. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade, and carpets too. Overall appearance was tired, but clean. Location was good, handy to the centre of town, with plenty of parking.
