Lovely location and good accomodation. Loved the layout perfect for my family and with 2 rooms but each still had their own bathroom. great space, very welcoming. in summer would be great to be able to use the pool.

What a gorgeous BnB! It was the perfect location for us to stay with the festivities that took place a short distance away. Our room was spacious and clean, and John and Jenny were the ultimate hosts. A power outage didn't even stop them from providing us with breakfast, which was absolutely delicious and served in their lovely dining area. We thoroughly enjoyed their company and the gorgeous grounds and gardens. We'll definitely be back!

The cooked breakfast was superb - Jennifer is a wonderful cook. Both she and John were wonderful hosts, and attended to our needs. Their property is lovely. It is well placed for access to Hamilton and the Waitomo caves.
It is a modest drive to Te Amemutu or Cambridge to find restaurants to eat at.
