I had a wonderful stay thanks to the great location

Excellent location close to the Pera–Ciampedie mountain cable car. The SPA area and the outdoor pool are very pleasant and relaxing. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Special praise goes to Francesco for his outstanding service.

Amazing stay

The staff was very kind and polite. The hotel was very clean. The pool area was nice. There is a separate relax area for adults with sauna, steam room, sofas. A bigger pool area indoor and outdoor, kids play slide, hot tub, showers. We had half board and the food was absolutely delicious. For breakfast there is a buffet and for dinner a buffet of appetiser full of different options. They also have mini club service in the afternoon till evening. Kids are entertained in a playroom full of games. The hotel has free parking and 2 minibus away from the town center. (The town is very small) Overall we had a really great stay. 2 adults and one child, 5 years old. I would recommend this hotel

It was amazing! The pool, both inside and outside is great, with lovely views. Very child friendly. Staff are very nice Dinner was great :)

Great hotel with great facilities surrounded by beautiful mountains.

A wonderful experience. The location was great - good views of the surrounding mountains and a short walk from the cable car that took us up to beautiful hiking areas. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great and evening meal was outstanding. Spa facilities were first rate. Staff was very helpful. A define 10.

Classy stay with excellent meals and professional staff.

Welcoming staff, large spotlessly clean junior suite #310 with view to the hills and to the valley east. Large bed and huge bathroom with one balcony followed by a second room with another balcony. Breakfast buffet with all you can wish for (at least for me). Staff well trained and attentive. I liked especially the younger waitress singing in the kitchen and serious in the breakfast room ;) her English was excellent. Fine two course dinner with antipasti buffet. I did not use the spa or other wellness on offer.

Junior suite balcony overlooking the sometimes busy bypass road. I did not ask if there were other lighter meals than the menu choice (yet excellent cooking).

Superb

- The view was amazing and the balcony is really big. Although the suite I had was kind of superior room but I really enjoyed it. There are nice details ik the rooms either with the decoration or the lights. The parking area is big. I would highly recommend staying here but some points have to be improved in my opinion.

- The staff could not communicate well with us as they were speaking very limited English only. - The was no kettle/tea/coffee/water available at the room, although I had the farmer suite which was nice and quite spacious. When I asked for it, they kept trying to say come to the bar and get your coffee, tea etc.. I did not understand this as this would be almost the only 4 star hotel which is not offering this and it is like I HAVE TO buy my coffee or tea from their own bar. - They did not clearly told me that the payment was not taken yet and upon my check out they suudenly asked me to stop and pay! I was like it is taken yet?! Things like that should have been clearly explained to residents.

La camera era piccola ma carina

Lo staff di cucina e di sala non era molto preparato, c'era un ragazzo al suo primo giorno di lavoro e si vedeva, finita la cena che non mi è piaciuta per nulla e non c'era nemmeno un piatto tipico di montagna nel menù. Pasta con le patate era solo brodo... il tortino di broccoli non male e il tiramisù era terribile... appena arrivati in camera abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception perché arrivava solo acqua bollente, problema risolto decidiamo di andare alla spa acqua fredda... soggiorno molto deludente. Dopo cena decidiamo di bere un caffè al bar e c'era una coppia di amici che ridevano e scherzavano poi ho capito perché... avevano messo tutto quello che avevano preso a nome della nostra camera (caffè, amari ecc) io per fortuna ero presente ho sentito e l'ho comunicato alla reception ma se non ero presente la mattina dopo come avremmo giustificato che non avevamo preso noi queste cose e soprattutto oltre a toglierci dal conto le cose non hanno fatto nulla per scusarsi...

Tuto a posto da Renato!

Wir waren zufällig die einzigen deutschen Gäste in jenen Tagen, obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war und dies mit fast nur italienischen Familien. Das war mal so richtig cool denn so originalgetreu sollte alles sein, wenn man in Italien ist😀. Und dann auch noch das gute Abendessen und das super-freundliche Personal und die tolle Lage um zum wandern aufzubrechen... Bravo!!

Hmm. Eigentlich nichts. Alles wirklich prima. Evtl. sei erwähnt, dass die Größe des "Wellness-Bereiches" für die Kapazität an Gästen arg knapp bemessen ist - aber immerhin gibt es einen Wellness Bereich! Gerade "billig", war es auch nicht (so scheint es nur heute überall zu sein).

Hotel is netjes, ontbijt was goed (wel jammer dat de thee naar koffie smaakte: iets in de machine niet goed?). Kamer en badkamer keurig. Het was erg warm, dus wel jammer dat er geen airco is.

Diner is van 19.00 tot 20.30 uur; in die tijd krijg je vier gangen vanuit een keuzemenu voorgeschoteld in een razend tempo en de porties zijn (te) groot. Bed smal en kraakte als je je omdraaide. De toegangsweg naar het hotel vereist nogal wat stuurmanskunst: smal, zeer krappe bocht om op de weg te komen en de weg loopt met een bocht naar beneden.

Una struttura che offre una buona occasione di relax

Abbiamo soggiornato un notte in questa struttura. La camera era confortevole e dotata di tutto quanto necessario, compreso il kit di cortesia. Il personale molto disponibile ed accogliente ci assistito al meglio. Il paesaggio circostante è molto bello e la camera è stata molto silenziosa. Per chi viaggia in elettrico, all'esterno è disponibile una colonnina per la ricarica.

Non ho critiche da fare. Avendo usufruito della cena, la proposta culinaria potrebbe essere migliorata con più offerta di prodotti del territorio e prestando un po' di attenzione alla qualità.
