Beautiful and welcoming

Super lovely family-run hotel. Very friendly and welcoming. A bit high on the price but was well worth it! They always were willing and eager to make you feel more comfortable. Nice gesture with the welcome drinks; immediately felt the warm welcome. The junior suite was super spacious and well decorated. Everywhere was clean and thought-through. Pool was nice and had a great view to the mountains. The breakfast was just PERFECT. Had a Laden dinner at the evening and was super delicious. Nothing much is near-by so it’s like a getaway hotel. But you could walk 15 mins up the hill to reach the village Centre if you want a night stroll or join the village folks in their beer time. If you have a car then it’s a plus, you can drive to many mountain hikes or mountain lifts.

Room, spa, staff... breakfast is more than you can even imagine...

the ceiling is too low at the last floor which makes bath Small and shower useless, so you need to use the bathtub

Excellent service. Excellent spa. Great room (jr suite) with a fantastic view. Dinner was very good and great value. We celebrated my fiancés 30th birthday there and could now be happier with our choice of hotel. We'll be back next summer.

Amazing quality for a very enjoyable stay

Very good breakfast, with some healthy options too. Dinner was great pretty much every day. The SPA area is very good, with events every day (love the aufguss) and in general personal is extremely kind.

Bellissima struttura a Vigo di Fassa…camera spaziosa con balcone vista Dolomiti spettacolare. SPA con vasche all’esterno immersi nella neve.Ottima e molto variegata la colazione.Una menzione speciale al ristorante,piatti gourmet di alta qualità.Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.Insomma tutto quello che ci può aspettare da un hotel.

Tolles Hotel mit schöner/entspannter Atmosphäre und sehr sympathischem Personal, zentrale Lage in den Dolomiten. Zimmer, Frühstück, Service und Ausstattung alles top.

Leider liegt das Hotel an einem Kreisel mit viel befahrenen Straßen. Das stört auf dem Balkon und im Außenbereich zum Teil doch erheblich. Der Außenpool ist etwas klein und zum Schwimmen nicht wirklich geeignet, aber gut zum zwischenzeitlichen Abkühlen.

Tutto (o quasi)!!! L’organizzazione e la gentilezza dello staff è incredibile! Il giro guidato della struttura e l’aperitivo di benvenuto sono state una piacevole sorpresa, non si trova da nessuna parte! Struttura bellissima, camera top (con sauna privata!) e spa eccezionale!!

Il ristorante è di alta qualità non lo nego, ma dovrebbero calare un poco i prezzi. Per chi come me ha pernottato solo con colazione la spesa per il ristorante su 4 sere è stata elevata.
