Great attention, very comfortable

Lack of utensils and a coffee maker.

We were moved to more central location, which was great as we stayed in Florence for 3 nights. Kitchen area. A washing machine and a fridge were there too.

Owner did not respond to my queries before arrival. We were asked to call them to be provided with details of our accommodation like address, how to get there. There was no towel and bedding provided for one person. We raised this and some other minor matters (a lack of cutlery) after check in with the owner. Nobody responded. Bedroom was a bit crammed. No nets on windows in the kitchen and in the bedroom (there was one in the bathroom) and some mosquitos inside. There are various locations of different appartements (this info was on the advert) . It is not clear when they are located exactly when you booked accommodation.

We appreciated the washing machine. The beds were comfortable.

Our arrival was unnecessarily complicated because we had to call to get the codes to get into our room and building. All other places we have stayed have sent that info in a message. The peeps on the phone was really rude and yelled the info at me and seemed annoyed that I wanted to write down the codes so I could remember them! The internet was horrible. It only worked in a corner of the apartment which is unacceptable for travelers who rely on WiFi. The bathroom was wet because of leaking toilet. No AC remotes to be found. We were fortunate that it was not too hot or that would have been miserable.
