Clean and good location but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Good location and easy check in and out.

Bar area very small, restaurant was cold at breakfast. One member of staff in particular at breakfast was very rude and sarcastic.

Basic, clinical and uncomfortable decor and furnishings.

The furnishings very minimal, felt clinical. Small reception, basically a desk in front of the lift. Bar and restaurant on ground floor close to entrance. Just a few seats. Cold atmosphere and cold with no heating, no comfy seating.

As above. Add not enough coffee or milk provided. Breakfast was very good, though would have liked two eggs and two sausages instead of just one of each.

Good location. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was OK, unfortunately had to send it back as eggs were not cooked properly, but quickly resolved.

Conditioner, shampoo and body lotion were empty and the teabags weren't replenished. Not much to complain about really, just slightly annoying

Enormously disappointing

Location

Everything. The room was small (and it was allegedly one of the "premium" rooms!). The bathroom was tiny, with no space around the sink, and no toilet brush, and no fan!! The lighting was poor. Massive queue for breakfast, and it was the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. No comfortable areas to sit. Just a really poor, overpriced hotel. Seriously, just go to the Premier Inn. Much better.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and approachable.

We booked for breakfast as recommended, but still had to queue with those who hadn't booked because the restaurant is quite small. The breakfast was nice once it arrived.

On the whole a good place to stay while visiting Liverpool.

Bright and colourful, very helpful staff, great location for sightseeing or eating and drinking.

Some of the furniture in the room was a bit tired and in need of attention, some wall paper missing from wall. The walls seem pretty thin we could hear everything from rooms next to us. breakfast was a little disappointing after I had read good reviews about it. We also found the bed very firm for us our liking.

Room was clean, comfy bed, excellent shower, there were complimentary snacks and drinks which were great. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Was able to leave cases after checking out time.

Great location, don't bother with the restaurant

Great location, central but very quiet. Good sized room and bathroom, comfortable bed.

Breakfast was underwhelming, portion sizes of the cooked breakfasts are mean. Tried to order room service from the extensive menu to be told only pizzas were being served. The pizza received was rubbish...don't bother. Would stay again for location but don't bother with the restaurant judging by our experience. Also, tried to go into the gym after 9 on Sunday, room card wouldn't open the door and lights off so presume closed? No opening hours on the door.

Great value room of high quality, on the edge of the centre but quieter for it. Will use again.

Very good location, great room with comfortable bed and large shower, complimentary items in mini bar, spacious public areas, helpful staff, great Sunday lunch and late check out offer ( couldn't use it but friends in group did and they loved it).

Great price included full breakfast, but cooked element was okay but not great. Car park with discount not easy to find due to Liverpool one way system - should do deal with the one directly opposite the hotel too.

A wonderful weekend made by this exceptional hotel.

We could not fault anything with the property. Outside spaces lovely as were the public spaces inside. Our room was large and very comfortable with complimentary refreshments. The late check out and Sunday lunch offer was phenomenal. We will return.
