A perfectly located , comfortable and welcoming hotel.

A modern well presented property with attention to detail. Good quality toiletries, thick fluffy towels, robes, slippers, well stocked tea tray and mini bar. The staff were very attentive and bent over backwards to help us at every turn. It was our ruby wedding so our room was upgraded we had free drinks at the bar and a lovely message on the mirror.

Staff very friendly, good location

Our room was connected to another (via connecting closed door) - room number 226. We could hear the guest in that room quite clearly especially late at night. Also, there was quite a bit of noise which seemed to come from water pipes. We were not informed our room would be connected to another. This left us a little bit anxious.

Very very Disappointed this time round.

We have stayed before so enjoy the location and the thought we knew what to expect.

The duvet was covered in stains upon inspection. At 4am someone was knocking on our door then hammering on another one for about 20 minutes to get in the room. At breakfast our coffee and juices where cleared unfinished and table cleaned when me and my partner got up to the buffet continental self service. She didn’t even apologise was on her phone more than looking after guests. Window in room didn’t open stuffy and no fresh air on a morning could be let in. Receptionist on complaint in the morning just said she would sort out the issues and looked like she had a big list already written down. Not really sympathetic. Won’t be staying again. One bad experience is manageable. Maybe just bad luck but doubt it.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

The room needs refreshing. The walk-in shower doors were broken, they were mended by the maintenance man on duty. He replaced the shower head which needed descaling. Also replaced the chair which was scraping the floor. Disappointing considering the cost of the stay.

Breakfast was nice and fresh , and ladies at reception were very accomodation ordering taxis etc

stayed 2 nights and had late check out for final day , checked out at 6pm , our room was not visited once by housekeeping , no fresh towels on our 2 night stay , no fresh bed clothes , windows in room coyle not be opened so had air con on a lot as room was very stuffy , restaurant was a total disaster , on booking it was down as Marco Pierre white restaurant but told on arrival it’s not anymore , ate in the restaurant Saturday evening and food was brutal ,

We had a pleasant stay whilst visiting the Christmas market.

It was a good location to be able to get around the city. The room was comfortable and the staff were helpful.

Would have been good to be able to open the window a little bit to let in some fresh air. A fan in the bathroom would have been good too.

Great hotel in fab location

The hotel is really cosy and stylish. The location is really central so it’s easy to get everywhere. There was a slight issue with heating but the maintenance man came immediately and he was really helpful and friendly.

Basic, clinical and uncomfortable decor and furnishings.

The furnishings very minimal, felt clinical. Small reception, basically a desk in front of the lift. Bar and restaurant on ground floor close to entrance. Just a few seats. Cold atmosphere and cold with no heating, no comfy seating.

As above. Add not enough coffee or milk provided. Breakfast was very good, though would have liked two eggs and two sausages instead of just one of each.

2 nights at The Hotel Indigo, Liverpool

Good location. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was OK, unfortunately had to send it back as eggs were not cooked properly, but quickly resolved.

Conditioner, shampoo and body lotion were empty and the teabags weren't replenished. Not much to complain about really, just slightly annoying

Enormously disappointing

Location

Everything. The room was small (and it was allegedly one of the "premium" rooms!). The bathroom was tiny, with no space around the sink, and no toilet brush, and no fan!! The lighting was poor. Massive queue for breakfast, and it was the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. No comfortable areas to sit. Just a really poor, overpriced hotel. Seriously, just go to the Premier Inn. Much better.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and approachable.

We booked for breakfast as recommended, but still had to queue with those who hadn't booked because the restaurant is quite small. The breakfast was nice once it arrived.

On the whole a good place to stay while visiting Liverpool.

Bright and colourful, very helpful staff, great location for sightseeing or eating and drinking.

Some of the furniture in the room was a bit tired and in need of attention, some wall paper missing from wall. The walls seem pretty thin we could hear everything from rooms next to us. breakfast was a little disappointing after I had read good reviews about it. We also found the bed very firm for us our liking.

This hotel is in an excellent location, has clean comfy rooms and a lovely breakfast.

Room was clean, comfy bed, excellent shower, there were complimentary snacks and drinks which were great. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Was able to leave cases after checking out time.
