The staff The ambiance
The room was terrible. Electrical connection to the radiator was exposed next to the toilet. One ceiling light was pushed into the ceiling. The shower head would not stay in place. The shower door did not seal against the bath and therefore the floor ended up covered in water. A latch on one window was off. The general decorative standard was very poor . The room I ad was very small.
